Super happy with the chair. Mitch delivered it, he was excellent and very helpful. He took his time tesching me and my caregiver how to properly operate and load the chair into the van. Lauran loves the chair and is a happy camper.

Very pleased with this company. Steve was very friendly, informative, and helpful with repairing our lift. The office staff was also very helpful and friendly as well. We haven’t had service like this in many years.

Gator Mobility is the worst I’ve ever been treated!! They decided the wheelchair I wanted and have gotten for ten years now was too expensive and didn’t even bother to submit it. Nor did they contact me to tell me. They supposedly sent a letter to me and my PCP, neither of usreceived any such letter! One star is the lowest I could go! Don’t use Gator

Best quality install I have ever had. From greetings as you enter the front door to absolutely fantastic install out the back door!!!Unfortunately I was in a fender Bender that made my lift inoperable. I called the folks at Gator Mobility and they ordered exactly what I needed and it was delivered between Christmas and New YearsSteve did the professional install in no time at all!!Thanks for everythingMark Webb

My family has been using gator, custom mobility for at least 15 years as my sister is confined to a wheelchair. I bought my wheelchair 6 years ago from GCM...just had my wheelchair redone... new wheels, arm rest, new seat, & foot rest! It was completed to perfection. I highly recommend Mitch! He was so professional & has helped me a lot! Thank you GCM

If you ever have need for any mobility device, I strongly encourage you to check our Gator Custom Mobility in Gainesville, FL. They are consummate professionals. Jeremy Mason worked closed with my Physical Therapist to tailor make a wheel chair that fit my needs. Mitch Warren was splendid at explaining how to use my chair and adjusting it to fit me. These folks are first class. I recommend them without a single reservation.

I recently purchased a wheelchair and lift here. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Steve educated me as to what type minivan I needed to purchase and did an awesome job installing the lift.

This company violates the Do Not Call laws and spams my cell phone non-stop. I have asked them to remove my number and they have not. Thankfully I have added an app that takes care of these kinds of calls now, but I would never purchase anything from a company that used these kinds of tactics.

the man who delivered the custom scooter was very helpful and went out of his way to get a pathway up to our front porch. He was very knowledgeable and patient. Thank you very much!

Look else were for service. Not a store that I would go to again try to ask him some questions was not very forthcoming. Had to have the secretary tell us that that he couldn't do it he couldn't come out and talk to us not very personable. How hard is it for you to come out. Not a company I would give my money to if you had to look try somewhere else.

My doctor sent a referal to this place in feb. They read it incorrectly and never called me after repeated calls finally 6 months later they tell me i can do more work and get my prescription rewritten. The general manager refused to contact my doctor and try and resolve their screw up instead placed their problem squarely in my lap. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

The worst Steph of people that I've ever met in my life would never recommend them rude and arrogant had a referral from my position for six months and did not do a darn thing and then came to my home and told me that because my home is to small that I cannot have a voucher when I already have a power chair that is seven years old would not even recommend them to my enemy. Call to speak to the office manager I was told was not available and that they would not tell them to call me back. Do you self a favor go somewhere else and don't waste your time and money on this company.
