Mo and Ard are both very transparent and very professional they both gave a wealth of information about the car buying process and what to expect from them it was easy and smooth process I love my vehicle I highly recommend them it was my best experience with purchasing a vehicle thank you guys I highly highly recommend!!!!! I was thinking about purchasing a car from here until I witnessed all of the difficulties they provided a family member who recently bought a car. I watched first hand how hard she tried to solve this problem and how they made every single step of this process as complicated as possible. The way they treated her was demeaning and disrespectful for providing her with such low quality product. Having seen how difficult this dealership made fixing issues that are their own fault, in conjunction with all of the reviews who have dealt with the same problems she has, I would 100% advise against shopping here. It’s not worth the drama they will inevitably cause.

I made an inquiry, received a phone call. I asked for pictures of the vehicle as there was none on the website, I live over an hour away and I did not want to drive out there if it wasn't something I was interested in. Gentleman I spoke to on the phone said I would have them by lunch day on 12/5. Never got pictures. Messaged their facebook page on 12/7 asking for pictures yet again. The message was read and never answered. If the customer service is this bad just to get pictures of a vehicle I (might) want to purchase then I can only imagine how awful it will be after purchase. I have lost interest & will be taking my business elsewhere.

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM HERE! The WORST experience I have ever had as a consumer. Bought a 2016 kia soul in November and had nothing but issues since the minute I drove it off the lot!! Owner/dealer refusing to help and resolve issues that the car was initially SOLD to me with and completely railroaded me. Ard has told nothing but lies and then when caught proceeded to hangup on me and then scream at me in the office. Lied, withholding paperwork including accident reports, inspections, etc. I owe 9000 dollars on a car that doesn’t even drive!! I’m unable to type my full experience that I’ve had since day one due to there character limit here but PLEASE I advise you to reach out to me BEFORE even thinking of stepping foot onto this car lot! I wouldn’t be surprised if Ard(the president/owner) tries to respond to this to say he tried to help the issue but I can PROMISE, he did absolutely nothing but lie, scheme, railroad and scream in my face. Completely appalling behavior and company. After doing research I found out they have already been sued twice before!! DO NOT GO HERE!! Will 100% be contacting the BBB as well as legal action.

Do not buy a car from here!!! Very shady!!! The cars they’re selling have no inspections done on them. They will sell you a car with multiple issues and refuse to help once you’re off the lot. Save yourself the headache and buy literally anywhere else!
