I’ve had to see many pelvic floor therapists due to moving around a lot and because of a chronic condition caused by pharmaceutical malpractice. While every pelvic floor therapist I’ve been to has been great Dr Mandy Roscoe is by far the most thorough. She’s also very knowledgeable and truly cares about her patients and while being independent and not needing to come back should be the goal of both the therapist and the patient Dr Roscoe is very understanding when it comes to a chronic condition that may take years to heal

Lauren is amazing! Not only is she one of the best physical therapists I have worked with. She is kind, thoughtful and caring. Gainesville wellness and performance staff treats everyone like family. I would not want to go anywhere else. This is where I refer all my patients as well. I know if they come to GWP they will get the best therapy in town.

GWP is by far the best physical therapy in town. I have used both Lauren and Mackenzie for different ailments. They are so thorough, kind and take their time with you. The facility is clean and beautiful. I would give 10 stars if I could!

I have had 3 disc's herniated L1-3 with 2 bulging. I am electrician by trade and have worn a back brace for 9 years. I started on the soft wave treatment and have not had the constant pain and tightness. Have not needed to wear my back brace because the inflammation and tightness is gone. I can not recommend this to enough people with back pain.

If you're looking for a great place to foster progress in your physical abilities, look no further! I was injured in a rear-end collision a year ago. Physical Therapy was recommended by my doctor and my husband was skeptical to say the least. My pain levels were high and my mobility rate low, I figured I'd give it a try. I am so happy I did! Megan worked with me every week. They worked with my schedule which was cluttered with weekly medical visits; they were very accommodating. The actual exercises started off slow (at first even I thought "is this even doing anything?") boy was I wrong to question their methods. Within weeks I had more mobility than I'd had for months. They do a great job at teaching you the exercises during the sessions but I love that they emailed me 'how to' videos so I could do them at home. The key is consistency! Do the exercises at home!! If you don't do your homework you're doing yourself a disservice. Your progress will go much faster if you do as they instruct. Trust me, they've made such a huge difference in my life in such a short time. I am so grateful for each an every person I've interacted with, they took me in like an injured baby bird and have enabled me to fly. Thank you so much Megan, Lauren and Dawn Marie. You ladies are wonderful and will always have a special place in my heart. ❤️

I came to Rachel after I hit a wall with my pelvic floor and lower back health and she educated me on how stabilizing muscles work and gave me simple exercises to work on. After just a couple months I saw huge improvements and met all of the goals that I had shared with her at the beginning (which had felt impossible)!On our last visit, she gave me some more exercises to keep working on by myself, so even though I've been "discharged", I know I have the tools I need to continue improving.Yesterday I did a benchmark workout for the first time, and though I could feel my back trying to slip into old patterns that I knew would result in tightness and pain, I knew how to brace appropriately and make sure to keep my deeper core active. Today I'm feeling great, with no lower back pain at all.

After getting many recommendations to GWP, my family used their PT services with Lauren and we are beyond thrilled with the care and attention given to my husband and my teenage daughter. If there was a way to rate infinite stars, I would! The place is immaculately clean with all kinds of tools and additional services which makes for a calming environment. We are beyond grateful for Lauren and her team for their help getting our athletes back in the game!

There just aren't words! I came to PT with a very bad attitude and a lot of pain. Rachel was patient and kind. She knew exactly how to handle my poor attitude and my wonky knee! I am SO GRATEFUL to Rachel and all the staff at GWP! Without a doubt, the BEST physical therapy option in our community! And Rachel is absolutely AMAZING!!!

Jason, Lauren and their team are simply the best! I have had a variety of injuries related to running, weight lighting and tennis over the years and they have miraculously fixed me every time! Their approach is to create a treatment plan that enables the athlete to continue doing what they love while also healing their body. I always walk out of GWP feeling rejuvenated and relieved to have such caring professionals dedicated to helping me feel great and improving my performance.

I was in a car accident about six months ago and wasn’t sure what to expect with physical therapy. Lauren and her team have gone above and beyond. They continue to support me as I heal. The entire process has been extraordinary, whether regaining independence, reduction in pain, or ease of scheduling appointments, all have contributed to my overall success. I am so thankful my Chiropractor suggested them.

GWP is an amazing Physical Therapy practice. Unlike most places, each session is 100% with your Therapist, not an intern or PTA. Dr. Rachel Peck is my PT and she has really helped me make a great deal of progress with treating carpal tunnel in a short period of time. She is extremely knowledgeable, explains home exercises to you in detail, and is fun to be around as well. Sessions are affordable too, and I'd rather pay out of pocket for this kind of experience than have my insurance pay for ineffective PT.
