In August my truck broke down right on SR 20 across from the Recycling Collection Center off SR 331. I called AAA and Preston from Gainesville Towing Service called me to let me know he was on his way. He towed my truck on a flat bed to my daughter's. Preston was very professional, courteous and efficient. He turned a bad situation to a good one. It gives me a peace of mind to know I can count with him in the future may the need arise.

If you need quick reliable service Gainesville Towing Services is the company to call. I received quick courteous service for my Toyota truck. Nothing scary for me than to be broke down wondering when help will arrive. Preston helped lower my anxiety with his professional and non judgmental addititude. He took care of my truck and called when it arrived to the shop. Wow what a relief. Definitely a 10 star company

Today are Subaru SUV locked up while driving on 235 and AAA sent this company to assist within 30 minutes (unheard of in CA where we are from) and Wallace the driver did amazing getting our vehicle to the shop recommended to us asap. Even the heat didn't get him down and have served us speedily with a smile. Keep up great work Wallace! We so appreciate you!

I recently had used Gainesville Towing for an emergency tow and my driver, Preston, was amazing. While on our way to Summer Camp, my car stalled out, and I was stranded with my dog and child. Preston arrived promptly and immediately went above and beyond to assist us. He provided us with water, making sure we were comfortable and safe as I was visibly stressed out, and stayed with us until my husband arrived to pick us up. His professionalism and kindness were truly heartwarming. In a world where such acts of compassion are rare, Preston's actions stood out, and I am deeply grateful for his help. We need more people like Preston in Gainesville, and our community as a whole. Thank you, Preston, for your exceptional service.

I was very pleased with GTS, Gainesville towing service. Jamal was very accommodating, as I had 4 large dogs, a cat and my elderly disabled aunt. He assisted us, and was very patient and kind. This towing company came quickly, and I was happily surprised as it was very late on a Friday night. I've had several experiences with towing companies over the years and this by far was the best experience I've ever had. Thanks so much getting us all home safely.

I had a great experience with this service. Jamal arrived at least a half hour before he was expected to arrive. His truck was immaculate. He was super friendly and happy to help. He had my car on the truck, me off the road and back to my life in record breaking time. I highly recommend GTS and Jamal!

It was Easter Sunday and we were stuck on the inner shoulder next to the guardrail on the 75. I think we were blessed we got Jamal as our driver. He arrived quickly, and he was in constant communication with us. He first tried all means possible to see if the vehicle would start. This is not an easy job and very dangerous being so close to the traffic. He eventually loaded the vehicle on the flatbed and we were off. He got to our mechanic's shop quickly and unloaded the vehicle right where we wanted. Jamal to the rescue.

We got stuck on the interior lane of the 75! Jamal V came to our rescue. The car wouldn’t go into neutral and he didn’t stop until he got it to work. He gently pulled our 2020 Charger onto his flatbed without even letting the car kit touch. He was friendly, professional and downright an amazing human being. He turned an extremely stressful situation into a hopeful experience. Thank you Jamal!!! Blessings to you!!!

Stranded in I-75 and I expected a long wait, but Jamal was so quick to call and verify my location. He showed up in no time with friendly and professional service, and an incredibly clean truck. I really appreciate him and, while I hope I never need it, I would call again!

To summarize this company, I would say they are prompt, professional, and accommodating. I have used them on several occasions from locking my keys in my truck to towing towing small equipment back to my shop for repairs. They always answer the phone quickly and they're staff is always eager to help. I wouldn't recommend ANY other company for your roadside assistance needs, these guys are THE BEST!

My boyfriend and I woke up early to our car with a flat tire in our apartment complex parking lot. We had the spare, just needed help with a jack and changing it. Called around and we were told outrageous prices from other companies upwards of $200+. We called Gainesville Towing Service and they were way more reasonable in price , called us to confirm where we were and they were here in 15 minutes! The technician was even able to recommend us a place to get our tire checked out and we ended up needing a brand new tire all together. It was a smooth and easy process and I cannot recommend them enough as everything was done fast and efficient!

Called for a towe, was told a price. Said I would get a call from a driver, never did. Next day, I got the towe, and i was given a price both days. When the car got to me the driver charged me double.
