Quality of care was pretty good but I had a 2 pm appointment and although multiple people walked in after me, they were all called back first. Then someone came in with a 3 pm appointment at 2:50 and they were also taken back first. The receptionist noticed and went back to tell them about me still waiting. Otherwise, no one seemed to care much and I was really bothered by that.

From check-in being looked at like Im stupid without a greeting or instructions, to the unprofessional tech and dentist, and even check out, it was a bad experience. No one, even the dentist, introduced themselves or communicated at a passable level.

Well now new people and the worst I have ever had make an appointment and sit in lobby 30 min past appointment time .I got tired of waiting so I left.Why make an appointment if you not going to be seen at that time.Looking for a new dental.

Every time I been in the office this year, the service is horrible. They are always running behind. I don't mind 10 minutes but nearly 40 minutes is ridiculous. I love the dentist and the office manager but every time I go there is new staff. No one seems to stay like the staff when I first started going there. The Service Center is absolutely horrible!! They need some serious customer service training!!!!!!!!! I hate having to talk to the service center...I want to speak with the office staff.

If I could give no stars, I would. This office is constantly having staff turnover. They are now a corporate run office. They have no respect for your time. The last two appointments started 30 minutes late. Also, the dentist took literally 2-3 minutes actually looking at my teeth. She never introduced herself or asked if any concerns. Simply open and picked around for 2-3 minutes. The new receptionist is great. I feel bad for her because I'm sure being the first person people see and can take out their frustration. Needless to say I've given them a few chances and now my family is definitely looking for new dentist.

I had a 9:20 appt for cleaning only. I waited till 9:50 before I was taken back and waited another 10 minutes before the hygienist started the cleaning. She seemed quite rushed. Unacceptable wait time and service was rushed. Not sure what is going on with this practice. It appears everyone in the office was new.

I had a very positive experience here everyone was very professional and friendly. I was given good information and everything was explained thoroughly. I look forward to going back and having my dental needs attended too .

The Dental Assistant was NOT professional she acts as though she did not know what she was doing she was choking me trying to get the films and she was hurting my mouth I couldn't bite down she did not know how to put them in the right place. The equipment pieces has fallen off hit me in the face. I really appreciate the dentist staying and helping her. It took way longer than it should have I was there over 2 hours for x-rays smh
