The service provided by this body shop is truly exceptional. Their team is outstanding, and I had a fantastic experience with them. I accidentally left my Tesla card at home when dropping off my car, but they went above and beyond by sending a driver to retrieve it for me, which was incredibly helpful.In addition to their excellent customer service, they were able to repair the dent in my trunk within just three days. The quality of their work is high; you would never know there was ever a dent there. I am thoroughly impressed by their efficiency and attention to detail.I highly recommend their speedy and top-notch services to anyone in need of automotive repairs.

Crazy how you pay a business for a service and you as the customer have to be on top of them for updates. For some reason they are insistent on dropping off the vehicle before parts are ordered and fail to notify you about things in a timely manner. The secretaries at the front are rude and clueless - bordering on unprofessional. I remember a funny interaction: I walk in, I say hello and look down at the counter where there are some papers. The secretary quickly jumbles around the desk hiding the papers like I'm trying to steal personal identifying information.

I had the misfortune of someone hitting my parked car and leaving the scene. My insurance handled the rental and sent me to Gainesville collision. After 3 weeks I started calling. Every time I called Beth, Diane and Dave were patient and kind. I just picked up my car. The work was beautiful. The car was clean and the 2 days I thought I needed to pay for the rental were "taken care" of. Thank you however that happened. Though,I do hope to never need you again?

They did an AWESOME job repairing my car! I had hit a deer and roughed up my front car really badly. But the assured me that they could fix it and treat her with love. Personal thank you to Mr. Dave. Those guys are great!! If you ever need any repairs this is the body shop to go too!

I don't have a lot of experience with this, but what kind of body shop returns your vehicle with MORE DAMAGE done to your car than it had when you brought it to them, then tells you there's nothing they can do about it? It took them A WEEK to do nothing to my car but MAKE IT WORSE, while the whole time I am being charged for a rental that should have been covered. If you read these reviews, do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP.

Please take anything valuable or meaningful to you before handing over your keys exam your vehicle inside and out because they will cover their tracks & claim they didn’t damage or took anything from your car & use that excuse that maybe you did or your car is a few years old cause it’s not a “23

If I could give zero stars I absolutely would! Sent my 2014 Lexus to them on referral from a family member. This was through an insurance claim for repairs and my second estimate within 30 days. My car was given to a complete liar and crook for the estimate. A employee named MIKE SWINEHEART! (The name speaks volumes of his character or lack of!) He immediately worked up an estimate over $2000 higher then the one I just had done. He added all kind of things that was not even wrong with my vehicle including missing emblems that were present in the pics from when the shop first received my vehicle. Extra labor and repairs on things that were fine and had nothing to do with the damage on the rear side of my car. When I spoke with him personally he actually freaked out stating he was not aware an estimate was already done on my vehicle and requested to see it! After blaming the insurance company and assuring me his personal opinion by of the car was repairable he continued to work with the insurance company to finagle up another estimate to increase laborvv and repairs to put the car over $27 pass state law of Total Loss. All the time I was receiving emails and text from company asking to buy my car since it is in such high demand. After another conversation with him where I reiterated myself about my plan to keep the car and fix myself upon last resort (As I already said in my first conversation ever with Mike Swine after the 1st estimate) He began to freak out and stumble over his words that he already tore my car down that same morning. When I got highly upset and discouraged he assured me he would put the car back together and contact me when it was ready. Then tried to retract his statement immediately saying it was the insurance company who tore it downMonths passed with jo return to my calls or emails. Finally I was able to reach the Manager Daniel who I explained the situation. He assured me that he would have the car put back together and towed AT MY CONVENIENCE! I politely declined and stated I would get the car as I did not need any other miscellaneous fees added. He agin reassured me that the tow would be on the company from the ordeal that I had to endure. Well guess what? I was absolutely billed for the tow! In addition my car was sitting outside tore down with my back light colored leather seats covered in black mold and mildew! My interior was scrapped up and torn. My headrest dvd surround sound audio system was completely unharnessed with drivers seat broke apart where the wiring was hanging out. All things that should have never been touched in the first place. The buttons were covered in oil and a dvd was left inside as proof it was used. ( makes complete sense as they were not listed in my second appraisal done at this shop but they were on the one I had 30 days prior) it gets better! My headlights sensor was removed off my windshield and stolen! My Michelin spare time and alloy Lexus rim was stolen from my trunk and replaced with a worn down donut as a spare! My top of line jack was stolen and replaced with a rusted out piece of junk. My tire iron was stolen! On top of that all 3 of my back park assist sensors were removed from my vehicle. I can not count how many times I reached out to this company when I saw my car for the first time upon receiving it! Not one call was returned! I sent an email with pictures of all the damage done to my vehicle that I was still consistently paying almost $500 a month on. No effort was made on behalf of this company to contact me back! I received a total of 3 different adjusted estimates through the entire process. I'm disgusted! Never in my life would I have imagined the situation they have caused me to endure and actively put me in!this should be considered a crime in my eyes! I am a single mother of 2already struggling and already was in a bad situation with a hit and run accident! All I asked for was honesty and a business that employed professionals that practices good faith methods and not crooks who lie and steal!

The staff here is efficient, kind, and very good at what they do. I drove a 2002 Toyota Camry and they did everything they could to prevent my car getting totaled, but in the end the insurance company made the call. They helped me with issues getting a rental car, gave me a heads up to start looking for a new car even before all the paperwork went through, and gave me great advice for mechanics and local used car dealers. They went above and beyond to help me!

they have a great team!they repaired my car perfectly, but it took too long(around 2 months) for me.the bodyshop should have rental car to customers. I know a lot of bodyshops provide free rental cars if they use much more extra time to fix the car than they expected at first estmated.Services: Painting
