Even with their sales, the merchandise is overpriced. The quality of clothing and jewelry is lacking. Store associates are aloof and unattentive. Location is convenient to main store entrance, but that's about all it's got going for it.

The Dumpsters are right by the front door. It's pricey. This isn't a place you'd try to impress anyone with. If you are local and it's convenient then you'll probably like that you can have a few drinks with dinner and not have far to drive. Did I mention they have a bar?

I normally love shopping at Francesca's !! The ones down in Orlando are always so helpful and professional ! However I would not recommend this francesicas at all! All they do is gossip and stand behind the cash wrap. They seem to only care and want to help when you have a few big ticketed items in your hands. Will not be be shopping here.

I bought this charging cord from their store and it didn't work at all. They wouldn't return it for me just because their stupid returning policy. Do yourself a favor dont go to that place at all.

We visit this store every-time we come to the mall. There's constantly a "buy one and get one 50%" sale but your best bet is to check the racks closely, remember many sizes are in back so talk with the staff. VERY cute dresses and tops. Guys if you are forced to come with your loved ones, checkout some of the little books and stationary for an extra laugh (it helps to pass the time) ^^

I like the style but the quality is poor. After the first wash the dress that was a little big when i bought it become so small that i can where it as a shirt.

Francesca's is a charming chain boutique that is known for its cute clothes and jewelry pieces. However, my favorite part of Francesca's store is the gift selection! They have all kinds of unique gifts including stuff for weddings and bachelorettes, parents, coloring books for adults, funny coffee mugs, and novelty books and games. They run good sales occasionally as well.

I was expecting so much more from my experience at Francesca's. First of all the only staff member that was working was hanging out with her friend in the back room trying on clothes that were not on the floor. The door was left open so I actually witnessed this happening. When she was not having a girls shopping spree with her friend she was on the phone. I was not acknowledged until after I was waiting at the counter for 5 minutes to make my purchases (I was the only other customer in the store). Despite the not so great customer service, I was excited to make my first Francesca's purchase. I bought a few rings as there was a sale going on so I was super excited. I wore them twice that week and they began to tarnish. By the third wear they were in pretty sad condition. Like I said, I am disappointed especially with the quality of jewelry because even though they were on sale they still weren't cheap.

I absolutely love this place! All of the employees are super friendly & helpful. They're available to answer any questions you may have, but I appreciate the fact that they give you plenty of space to browse peacefully. The store is quite small, but it's very well organized. They have the most adorable accessories (e.g. beautiful scarves and lots of unique jewelry) and all sorts of random knick-knacks. They also have an awesome selection of very affordable vegan purses. It's one of the few stores in the Oaks Mall that's actually worth checking out.

The clothes are what I'd love to wear on a daily basis, and their accessories are darling. But what I loved most about the store were the people working there - polite, professional, friendly (and not to mention incredddiibbllyyy patient and accommodating with me). I just wish I lived closer to the area! Thanks again for your hospitality, and the baked goods :)
