“Friendly employees. I’m not even a chase account holder yet and was waiting for my grandma to get out of the hospital but I was forced outside and not allowed into an empty waiting room so I walked to chase and was able to charge my phone and laptop a bit.”

“After multiple calls to "customer service," in the cloud , I decided it was hopeless, and a complete waste of time and things were getting real complicated very rapidly.. I was leary of going into the office , fearing more of the same .. Then there was Julia , who was really on top of things and fixed everything very rapidly .. When we got there she was already familar with all the stuff I had messed up and we started from scratch and she already had printed out the correct forms.. She has a way of explaining all of Schwab jargon in plain English, and was very helpful in every way”
“This bank is different from mine there's not actually tellers inside you actually have to go to an ATM with machine and hit virtual Banker if you want more than what you can pull out of the ATM but the lady was friendly and help me with everything”
