Florida Gymnasium was a vaunted SEC basketball pit. Nicknamed "Alligator Alley" at the time, the facility had no air conditioning and fans were very close to the action. Florida Gym is now used by the university as a recreation facility. Perhaps its best attribute is having a permanent wood floor.
