They provide excellent customer service. I called when most other body shops could not see my car for over a month. Jesse is great and was able to accommodate my needs. The service was done within the expected time frame and he was great at communicating with me. A couple of months later I called him again due to a problem that could be associated with the replaced parts but I was not sure about. He said to stop by so they could check it out. They fixed it right away and even fixed a blemish issue that had nothing to do with it for me. No extra charges. I highly recommend their services and will be back if needed.Service: Body & Trim

My car was making a weird noise & I needed it checked out before going out of town. Turned out it was an easy fix. I waited no more than 30 min & it was free of charge! Staff were friendly, if needed I'll use thier services in the future.

The manager Bobby and his crew did excellent work along with amazing customer service. The turnaround time was amazing and it was exactly what I needed. I bought an aftermarket wing for my Nissan Altima and brought it in to Auto ER/ Florida Collision on Archer Road to have it painted. My entire transaction was handled professionally, and my car was completed at the promised time and looks fantastic! Highly recommend!!

These guys are incredible. They were able to quickly assess the damage, get some fixtures done and send me on my way in 20 minutes tops. Highly recommend, excellent service!
