This insurance company is over charging their elderly customers! My mom is paying over 6,000 a year for just house insurance! They should be ashamed of themselves! And on top of it she has to pay 60 dollars to be a member, like they ain’t ripping her off enough! We are definitely dumping them and spreading the word to all!

Florida Farm Bureau is absolutely horrible. Their customer service was extremely bad, and their lack of professionalism was even worse. Stay away from Florida Farm Bureau if it all possible, theres other cheap insurance companies that will treat you better than they do

Terrible, terrible, terrible customer service. My family has been with Farm Bureau for years but that will soon change. They have demonstrated blatant disregard for the coronavirus pandemic and its impacts on FB customers. I called multiple times over the past few months and have received a single call back about my issue, which was promptly shrugged off. Especially because the price of membership and high cost of insurance relative to other companies—you all should be ashamed of yourselves.

Canceled our auto Insurance apparently over a $45 \\\"fee\\\" unrelated to the insurance policy (which was set up on auto pay.) No notice was given to us, but we were reported to the State. I would highly recommend, not using their services.

I took an offer from Farm Bureau Bank, that if accepted, would pay my membership dues--I Was accepted --- scott told me my membership would be paid the next calendar year, well guess what ? scott LIED, now due to scotts not following through, my insurance may not be renewed. I called scott last year hehe told me he would handle it, now I find out scott lied! He is unprofessional, dishonest and unscrupulous,--- just another greedy insurance agent. I have called Farm Bank they are paying the dues, I am complaining to EVERY online site and Florida's Insurance Commissioner. BEWARE scott williams is a LIAR and will be dishonest and screw you over. Buy your insurance from a honest agent not scott williams.

Had a homeowners claim with FFB that ended up dragging on endlessly. Made a structural claim after an accident damaged part of the house. The claim was given to an adjuster who was extremely unresponsive. It took almost 4 months for him to write a denial (had to escalate it to his Manager multiple times as he never returned calls). On the rare occasion he did return calls, he would just usher me off of them as soon as he could siting "any questions can be answered in our denial letter" which he said they would be sending from the very first phone call I had with him, before even seeing any evidence.I finally received the denial letter upon the 5th month after shelling out about $20k to get the home repaired (repairs were needed to make habitable). All the contractors were surprised to hear the damages weren't covered except for one who said FFB is hands-down the worst insurer he has to work with. The denial was claiming a technicality that the damage was caused not by the accident, but instead by aerial pollutants that were released (smoke?) and caused damage. My HO3 did not cover aerial pollutants, so they denied the claim. I appealed and they held fast to the pollution denial and shooed me off the phone as quick as they could.I had a lawyer write them a letter and then suddenly received a call apologizing for the extremely long turnaround time on the claim, the service I received, and noted that they would be reimbursing me for the damages as they were indeed covered by my plan. Sounds to me like they tried to pull a fast one and got caught. Never had such a horrible experiences with an insurance company in my life. Let the policy lapse and went elsewhere. Highly recommend people stay away! They have some great agents, but that's about where it stops.

Horrible people working here. They have zero compassion and absolutely will not help you when it comes time to. They are a scam of an insurance company. Don't expect them to be there when you need legal help. They do not care about you.

Just spoke with Stacy on the phone and I wasn't impressed. I had general questions that she refused to answer and she was honestly rude about it. She kept skating around them and answer my questions with her own questions.
