My mother and i have been here for almost a year and we've had a pretty good experience. Sense we've have been here, they have changed management up front and some of the rules and policies....that happens ...but not that big of a deal. Manager Brain is very attentive and whatever you need help with he does his best to keep the customer happy. To whomever is in charge should be aware of how excellent a manager Brian is

I would like to have given 5 stars for the room but the rusty spots on the refrigerator wouldn't allow it. But I have to say for the money I save by staying here compared to other places allows me to overlook it ✌️ The main complaint I have is the bathroom door it's backwards ‼️

Could I leave a negative review? I'm not overly picky but this place is just gross! I've stayed in off the grid hotels and cabins but YIKES! ? Mold in the counter tops, roaches in the bathroom, stains on the bed...

I've stayed in extended stay motels for the last eight years in three different states. This one is excellent. First of all, three is the location. Places you can walk to. Second, the immaculate condition of the property inside and out. The comfort of the mattress, a bonus recliner and spotless appliances.

Gross. 1-2 star hotel. Dirty. Old. Run Down!!! Smells awful, like mildew. Hair in shower walls. Old dried vomit splashes on the walls. Stains on walls,
Floors, everything peeling/ chipped. No remote for TV. Sign that says open the window if you use the stove. Not a single extended stay supply. No shampoo, no pans, silverware, plates, paper towels. One towel and wash cloth provided. Went to office to get a towel and another guest came in and asked for a plunger..... and the manager reached under the counter and handed it to her!!!!!! I was grossed out. Almost slept in the car, checked out immediately when we could find anywhere else to stay.
Rooms: GROSS. Don't do it. Dirty. Nasty. Old.

Recent stay, 2024
Room clean. No smells, No bugs, No stains.
Needed first floor room and as was promised she/husband rcd nice clean first floor room in nice location. Couldn’t be happier!
All staff were friendly and pleasant. After they left, she thought she misplaced her meds and called while traveling to ask if meds found. TENISHA took her phone number and went to PERSONALLY look for them AND called her back within 15 minutes. WOW!!!
What a wonderful employee and human!

Not a luxury 5 star hotel but a clean, comfortable, affordable room with pleasant, helpful employees.
Location is great. Food/dining/shopping within walking distance.
Def would stay again and recommend this hotel.

The rooms were dirty the staff were very rude I had to ask the housekeeper to stay away from my room because she tried to kick my 6 month old puppy tried to let management know and was called a liar after the first week being there was told everybody had to start paying for clean linen and after everything was said and done was told I was placed on a do not return list when asked why was told because I said so it my business I can do whatever I want would not recommend

I had the most pleasant experience when checking in. The manager was friendly, courteous and accommodating went out of his way to assure that my stay would be the most pleasant as possible

The hotel was a great experience! Great accommodations as well as prices! The rooms were spacious and clean. And close to butler plaza for convenient shopping. The staff was great especially the GM.
