The store manager, Penny, at this location is incredibly rude. I had heard from several professionals in town that they no longer shop at this Express location because of the poor customer service, but this week I experienced it firsthand. I am very disappointed because I typically enjoy my shopping experience at Express stores. This one is just terrible.

Penny the manager was not helpful at all when it came to my Returns. The store opened up late while all the other stores around while opening they seemed to have taken there time! I will NEVER shop at this outlet specifically with how the manager handled things
