I have always been treated extremely well by everyone at this business. I have never had any issues with them at all. I highly recommend to everyone. I had to have my car towed yesterday because it wouldn't start and I went through my car insurance and James showed up shortly after and didn't make me feel rushed at all and was extremely helpful. Thank you Elite Towing for always being so great!!!

I had a driver named Luke come and assist me when my car broke down. He was quick to arrive, and very polite and professional, and fair proced. I would definitely recommend elite towing service. Thank you Luke for your help! 5 stars!

The guy working the counter was rude and passive. He wouldn’t listen when i tried to explain and gave me an unnecessary hard time. I ended up being right and he didn’t even apologize for the hard time he gave me. Would not recommend.The only good thing about this business is that they had random stray cats around. The cats were more polite than the man working the counter.

A real five star company! Luke was the tow truck driver from Elite. Not only was he pleasant but when he took the truck to the mechanic shop, he noticed that the shop remained closed (after hurricane Milton blew through Gainesville). I am from Tampa and if he'd placed my keys in the overnight slot and the shop remained closed today, I'd not have been able to get my vehicle worked on. He confirmed with me that it was ok to place the vehicle back onto the lift and he towed it to different repair facility without adding an additional charge to my bill. That's five star service! Thanks Luke.

Great friendly people. I had a bus go down in Gainesville, Florida. Being I live in North Carolina they made my tow to Jacksonville smooth and easy. They even took pictures before and after which was helpful in identifying when and where damage to my vehicle accured. Elite was NOT responsible for the damage but helped me to identify who was by providing the pictures. Thanks Guys for your time and service. You're in my call log ?

I Wayne Holmes contacted Elite Towing Bad service, Pep Boys uses this towing company, and they could not work together as a team to tow my SUV to Pep Boys. Call the Office and they said call another towing company and I did Gatorback Towing and Recovery picked up my SUV right away and got it to Pep Boys and save the day.

Amazing staff. AAA can suck a ****. No service for 100 miles away because they suck so bad. Elite towing is amazing though and helped us even though AAA wouldn’t.

We were towing our 5th wheel trailer near Gainesville about 10 pm, our truck stopped running. Fortunately we were able to coast to the side of I-75 but wondered how we could get someone to tow our truck with the 5the wheel attached. We found Elite towing of Gainesville by a google search and called them and spoke with a wonderful person who helped us in a time of real emergency. Elite towing met us early the next day and David greeted us with a big smile and obviously knew exactly what to do. He was very professional and helped keep us calm in a very stressful situation. He safely towed the truck and trailer to a safe location and then helped get the trailer off the truck so we could get our truck repaired. Thank you Elite towing you are awesome and deserve more than 5 ⭐️⭐️ for rescuing us!!!!
