Great customer service. Got my dog fitted for a harness and unfortunately I realized it was too big after I’d removed the tag. I brought the harness back in to the store and was able to exchange it for the correct size with no issues.

I just used the self service dog wash there for the first time and I love it! So convenient. It's easier then doing it at home and it's super cheap. I didn't catch her name but the lady who works there (wears glasses) was so sweet and helpful. Definitely will be back.

Our little Malti-poo Biscuit looks wonderful. His prior groomer was wonderful but, tragically died in a car accident. We tried another and they shaved my little dog to the skin. HE WAS PINK! My dog's litter mate is groomed at Earthwise and he always looks wonderful... and even though it is a 40 min drive for us it is worth it for him to look this adorable. And he was not at all nervous. A wonderful experience!

Wonderful shop. Lots of pet treats and toys. I washed my 65# dog there yesterday. It was so clean, everything you need is right there. The staff are very nice and helpful. Highly recommend!

Terrific customer service! Fantastic do it yourself wash station. Fully stocked with all the wonderful good smelling things, bibs to keep yourself dry, towels, to dry your pup and a high-volume air dryer that doesn't get hot. My pup loved his bath while his brother was free to roam in our area.

Good selection of products and friendly staff, but I went in to try to book a grooming appointment for my Golden Retriever (since you can't on their site) and was told "We don't have the capacity for large dogs right now." So I said that's fine and I'd be glad to book for a few months ahead and they said "we're booked for large dogs for the rest of the year." So I asked if I could put an appointment on the calendar for next year and they said actually they don't do large dogs at all because they take too long to groom. I felt like that whole interaction was dishonest when the real intention is to put dogs through grooming more quickly by excluding larger dogs. Hope that it can be a place that's friendly for all dogs again soon!

Earthwise Pet Store is my favorite pet store to stop in and look for a special treat for my fur kids. The staff are all very knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful if you need help finding anything. They always make you and your pets feel welcome! ?❤️?

The staff in front were very welcoming and friendly. I have a 7 month old German shepherd who is very fearful of other dogs and was reacting by barking. The groomer in the back said that it was too distracting that my dog was barking so I felt like we needed to leave, when we were there less than 10 minutes. Would not recommend a dog store where dogs aren't allowed to bark.

Very friendly and always in stock with the best supplies for my pet from toys to treats and flea and tick preventatives as well. There’s always something new and I love walking in just to look and see what I may need for my German shepherds !
