Didn't catch the manager's name, but he truly went above and beyond to make sure we got what we needed, helped us package it up, and offered to help us get everything to our car. “Hi my name is Zac. We are visiting Dollar General late after in November of 2022. Parking is located alongside south of building. Entrance is easy to spot and the doors are automatic. Inside is your usually DG setup with storage buggy’s found in the middle of the aisle. The employees are almost always friendly and supportive. This is my neighborhood DG and I like to be just as pleasant with these guys.”

“I can say I hate going to dollar general they are rude and it's messy . BUT TODAY I WAS SO HAPPY . THIS GENTLEMAN NAMED AKEENER ROBERSON AT STORE 16564 WAS THE MOST HELPFUL, POLITE , and Didn't make me carry heavy things he took my stuff with out thinking to the register told me I got you and I was so happy he works there i will only go there when he works what a great guy his momma did it right and he's cute as heck lol . “I stopped in the other day just for a few baking/ kitchen things. You can tell they're trying, people were stocking, coolers were full, drinks were cold and available upfront, and to top it off our cashier was delightful. Good job.”

She's fast and is a nonstop worker, but she's always so friendly, and I love that she can multi-task. She can chat with me briefly while ringing me up, and never miss a beat, or hold up the line. “Love Dollar General! Whenever I go to a city I don't normally visit, cause it's to far, I use maps to find any that may be near where I'm at, so all Gainesville Dollar Generals rock!! They have so much more, even better things, than my side of town. This one is chocked full of home goods, adult & children toys, clothes, fun items, produce. Just awesome”

“It’s an average DG store- overstocked shelves, but has everything you need, once you ask where to find it. Friendly staff and very helpful! The appearance outside may give you pause though! Frequently trash in the lot, a glass panel to the store is covered with cardboard, and panhandling is ramped.”
“This place is great. They typically have one or two people working at a time. It’s a little more organized than some of the other family dollars in the area so that’s nice. Prices are fair as family dollar gets. They are typically open during hurricanes. So that’s nice if you need to go somewhere during those dangerous times because most places are indeed closed… but family dollar is about their dollar! Rain, or shine, they are on the grind! Even with flooded isles!”
“Me and my daughter had quite the experience in this store. Nothing but good, all staff was awesome but ERIC went above and beyond to help us, kept us laughing the entire time. Had to fill up 20 balloons then ring them all up individually I don’t know why the system isn’t better for them but he was very happy to help (on his day off) he got called in and of course we were late coming in but honestly I can say it was a great experience.

“Fairy standard for a Dollar tree, unfairly standardly stocked with items. It's a sad thing that Dollar tree is starting to hike up the prices of a lot of their items to three and five dollars. But the growing expanse of the expense of economy is making things hard all over.”
“I've been here maybe 7 times and Ive always found the products I need are in stock. I can tell the people who work here are amazing because most other dollar generals have empty shelves, missing products, or lazy employees. Not here though. Usually whenever I walk in or while I'm shopping I'm greeted or asked if I need assistance finding something. The employees here are absolutely amazing so I prefer going to here and paying a little more than walmart prices.”

“I love having this store for all the good little finds for cheap. However.. CHANGE THE NAME ALREADY. You went from 1$ to 1.25 and now you've added 3 and 5$ items. While i like the items you have for the prices, and they are still a good deal.. the core of DOLLAR TREE is becoming your average DOLLAR GENERAL or FAMILY DOLLAR. And this location could use more employees cuz the store is hardly ever stocked, organized or clean.”
