I've used this laundromat store#13 one time but I won't use it again. First, NO SIGNS to tell people how to get refund other than impersonal tex for DRYER #47 NO HEAT. The largest washer machine actually rocks back and forth, unstable. But WORST IS RUDEST EMPLOYEE WHO shouted, "I don't care - -! .

If I had it My way this place wouldn't get 1 star. The man who works there keeps the place very unkempt. Everytime I go to wash clothes he is intoxicated. Upon arriving one night to wash clothes he was in the restroom with the door wide open and his privates out standing over the toilet taking a piss,and thank God my children didn't walk in to witness that. The place is always dirty or has spills everywhere. The way he talks to customers and kids is disgusting and disrespectful. When confronted the owner about his employee and his actions the owner defended his actions and not once attempted to resolve anything at all

I’ve been doing my laundry here for a little over two years now and it is my go to place, especially now that I’ve met Lynn and Charlie knowing that they will keep this place looking and smelling wonderful.

This is a good laundry they honor there machines breaking by refunding your money and the facility is large so plenty tables and space i wish they would put deodorizer in the restroom ?
