I put of dress shopping for a wedding until last minute and just as I was becoming discouraged, Hayet came to my rescue. She was so patient and sweet. I was able to tell her my styles, and she was able to go around the store and pull together multiple dresses for me to try on. She even took it a step further and went upstairs to grab me different heels to match with the dresses.

Always an amazing experience. I just got a prom dress and the women helping me was AMAZING! She was so supportive, honest, and kind! She made me feel like a princess and really made the environment feel special. Thank you so much Mrs. Tie!! You made this last prom dress shopping truly memorable ?

I went to return an item for my sister and at the men's department since it was the only manned counter. The cashier, who was friendly to others, got annoyed when I mentioned it was for my sister, saying I should have gone to the women's department. Despite this being the only manned register, she started my return in a rude demeanor, insisting another girl liked the item. Eventually, she realized it was from the men's department (after mentioning the girl), completed the return reluctantly, and suggested I buy something else. After that encounter, I won't be shopping there again.
