Extremely unprofessional. No show at time of service.I walked in to the Dent Guys and met Eric. He checked out the dents and told me to meet him the following day at Gatorland Toyota at noon, and to text when I arrived. I arrived texted twice and no response, I am taking my business elsewhere.

They fixed the two dents on my Toyota Camry in about an hour for a reasonable price. The service was awesome and the dents disappeared as if never existed. Highly recommend them! Excellently done!Service: Body & Trim

I highly recommend the dent guys!! They did a great job on the small dent that I had on my roof of my 22 RAV4 from a tree branch falling out during a recent storm. I can't even tell it's there anymore five stars all the way?? give them a call if you need any dent removed

Eric is a master craftsman as evidenced by his repair of a nasty deep door dent on my MB. The repair left the ding wholly undetectable!! Met Eric at a local dealership where he performed his magic in about 1.5 hours. Can't recommend Eric enough!!!Service: Body & Trim

I had a ding in my door. I was told by Bob at GT Motorcars I should seek Eric the dent guy. If you don’t know GT Motorcars is probably the best high end body shop in Gainesville. Met Eric at a local car dealership. I am simply amazed how good the repair is. Can’t even find where the dent was. I was surprised because it looked like it had a scratch but that’s gone too. Eric is awesome! I needed some dents and scratches fixed. He inspected the car and told us to take it elsewhere since it needed a paint-job and Dent Guys only do paintless dent repairs. I gave him a call again to ask if it would work out cheaper to get the dents fixed by him and the paint-job elsewhere.He explained to me that it would be better to get the entire thing done at one place. An honest guy who puts his customer's needs first. The other reviews speak to the excellent quality of the work and affordable pricing when it is something that he can fix.Dent Guys would be my first choice for auto-body repair should I ever need the service in the future. Would gladly recommend them to others! :)

A long overdue review, Eric did a beautiful job repairing a dent in my car door a few years ago. After a recent encounter between a foul ball and my hood, he took the time to inspect my car and recommended a traditional body shop as he felt he could not do a “perfect” job with PDR. I will definitely trust him for any future work.

Eric worked wonders on about 10 dents on my door (all made by my child getting off our other car). Looks brand new. He was very professional and worked very quickly. I definitely recommend him and would use his services again.

I cannot recommend Dent Guys enough! If you are looking for honesty and fair prices, look no further. I took my car to Eric for an estimate, as I was preparing to sell my car and wanted to get the dents taken care of to sell it easier. I also would have needed to get some minor paint repair done elsewhere. Eric gave me a good estimate, but even more valuably he gave me good advice. He said if he were his car, he would go ahead and get it appraised in as-is condition to make sure I was spending my money wisely, and would get a return on my investment. He told me 2 places to take it to to get the best offer. I got an as-is trade in value that was much higher than I was expecting, and ended up going that route. He saved me so much time and money! I will be a customer for life and will recommend him to anybody I can.Service: Body & Trim
