I thoroughly enjoyed my whole shopping experience, here at CVS. I had help from 3 different employees, & each one made sure I was well taken care of. I got great deals & lots of help getting all the rewards available to me. I’ll shop this store only from now on.

Place looks like a death trap, the column in the front of the building has cracks going up it. The carpeting can use a good cleaning. Prices are high too

I wish I could give them zero stars. The Indian phramacist lady there was the rudest person I have EVER met. I went in to pick up a prescription and she was incredibly rude in telling me that they were closed. I told her that maybe she could be less rude when talking to customers and she started yelling ‘you’re not worth my time, get out of my face’. Who talks that way to people????????? If she does not like her job, she should quit. I’ve made a complaint with the CVS customer service. I hope she gets fired because this was actually the worst experience with any store owner I have ever had. Will not be returning.

I had the best experience at the pharmacy last week and again today. The entire team was so helpful but Song was so compassionate and personally called my doctor to help me get my prescription straightened out. I am beyond grateful for the pharmacy team! Excellent customer service!

Worst pharmacy in town. I talk from my own experience and also heard it from many other customers: Do not rely on that pharmacy for any prescriptions. For starters, they have the most rude staff ever, you will have a horrible experience with them. If you go pick a prescription up, it takes forever even when there is no line, and if you ask for delivery, it gets canceled for no reason, you are going to be charged and they're going to cancel the delivery without letting you know. On top of it all, the staff acts and talks to you as if they're doing you a huge favor by checking on what is going on with your prescription - which they never know anything about. So, don't even bother. Do yourself a favor and run away from that pharmacy ASAP!

I have had consistently negative experiences at this CVS and have continued going here because of the location, but it is no longer worth it. Frequent long lines and apathetic team members. Now I have been waiting two months for a medication on back order. It was ordered in two doses, the starting dose and the next dose up. I got a text message that it was ready for pick up, but it did not specify the dose. When the first girl brought it up, it was the higher dose. I explained to her that two doses had been ordered and I actually needed to start with the lower dose, and asked the status of that one. She hands me over to someone else, who then comes up for me to explain again. He then brings over the pharmacist, who was completely condescending. He comes to "explain" to me that I cannot start with the higher dose and that I have to follow my prescribers instructions, even though that is exactly what I had been saying to the associates in the first place. I tell him that I am very aware of that, since that is why I asked his associate the status of the starting dose. The associate then chimes in to say that they will have to order it... when supposedly it's already been on order for the past two months. When I was understandably frustrated, the pharmacist just walks away clearly not caring at all. I don't care if I have to drive out of my way to go somewhere else. This place isn't worth it.

Don’t see the nurse at the minute clinic. My daughter came in with symptoms of a sinus infection (which she has been dealing with for a week and a half) with sinus pressure, ear pain, malaise, bloody snot and laryngitis. She didn’t even look in her ears!! Basic assessment should include visualizing the ears for a possible ear infection. She sent her home with no meds and said it was just a cold.
