CVS has the best pharmacist. Before giving you your meds they make sure you understand the medication. Staff is great as well.

I made an appointment with the minute clinic at this location. I only wanted labs for my iron to be tested the ARNP refused to even let me speak. Everything she asked me a question I tried to answer and she cut me off stating she could already see that in her computer. She asked me why I was there and I said labs for Iron but before I could even explain I have a history of high iron she cut me off. She told me all of my labs were drawn in the ER weeks before that were normal and she refused to order them. I ended up walking out and called Baptist where I went to the ER and they did not order lobs for Iron. They also informed me that my labs were not all normal and that I needed to see a regular doctor to review them. The lady I saw was completely unprofessional and should not be employed to help people when clearly she has no interest in helping.

This review is strictly for passport photos taken at that CVS as this is my only experience with that specific CVS:I went to CVS to get passport photos. I have a good and a bad comment to make about my experience. Bad: the White lady who took my pictures. She told me look angry. And asked if wanted to take another one. I was like "it's just my face". Then, look at the pics and look like someone stole my cookiesGood: the whole experience was good. The comments earlier were just for fun. I keep going there because it's always well done. Despite my mean face, the pics were beautiful and the right format. I recommend them for passport pics. They also have a deal that Rite Aid or Walgreens don't have: $16.99 for two pics and $3.99 for 2 more Copies.

I used the location to pickup photos, didn't see any signage at the photo counter regarding pick up, stood there for about ten minutes and the lady at the register didn't acknowledge or ask if I needed help. She rang up two other customers as I waited and I eventually flagged somebody down and was directed in the right direction.

Woman in the pharmacy completely UNWILLING to do a simple common sense move to transfer my rx to another cvs after doc got it wrong and they couldn’t fill it. Asked to me to drive all the way to the store to do after I just returned from there. Kept at for 5 minutes straight without wanting to help and interrupted at every chance. Ugh. People like that need to quit customer service. A beautiful young lady with glasses was able to say ok and completed this within seconds.

I had spoken with someone from the pharmacy informing them I would be paying for a prescription using GoodRx and not insurance. When I went to pick up the medication the employee told me they already ran it through insurance and it would be an inconvenience for her to redo it. By the time she rang me up several minutes later she proceeded to disregard any previous mention of running it as the GoodRx price. Not only was the experience unpleasant but the total cost of the medication was increased.

I see why this pharmacy has low reviews. I'm here getting the covid vaccine and the pharmacist Richard is so rude. He never looked at or acknowledged me just talked as he banged on a keyboard. Maybe it's a racial thing?

8:21 today not opened on time. No note on the door. Guess I’ll go across the street to Walgreens.

The store was beautiful and the customer service was the best I've ever experienced at a CVS! Thank you Rachael so much for helping me!

Getting thru to talk to the pharmacist is a joy when you wait 15 min on with a robo call only to get hung up on…. Why people can’t actually answer phones at businesses anymore is beyond me.Let’s also talk about how they messed up my address and phone number makingIt impossible to check on a prescription I had to have transferred there… never again.McDonalds across the street has better service and half the time they don’t even get your order right, but that’s expected…. But they at least give you something and replace it when they mess up.CVS all like oh if I hung up on the person it never happened… will never use CVS again. I needed critical meds for a member of my family who had been in the er. That’s not something you mess with when a patient is sent home with meds they need filled… the trust is gone.

My goodness, who is training these employees? I have had consistently terrible service at this location, and today was no different – the employees literally do not understand how CVS coupons work. Now I have wasted part of my morning and have to go to a different store because the cashier was so unhelpful.

Nothing but bad experiences at this dilapidated, unkempt CVS. Cashier was extremely rude and was visibly upset she had to do anything related to a UPS shipment. I showed up to pick up a prescription, sat there for over 10 minutes "updating" the information they needed just for the lady to tell me to come back in about 2 hours because she is going on lunch break. This location is a joke.
