Do not order the lay-flat books, ordered a memorial book for a deceased friend and CVS didn’t even try. Outside cover isn’t aligned at all, spine text isn’t even attached, and won’t sit upright because the outside cover is uneven on top and bottom.

When I call you, it means that I am completely available. That means that 100% of the time you can address my issue immediately and effectively, having my full attention. The automated system where you literally HAVE to leave a voicemail in order to talk to a real person, is insanely counterproductive. It saves the workers about 2 minutes of asking patients about their DOB and what their issue is, and in exchange the patient is forced to make time for a random call that could come at literally any time. If you don’t answer their call the exact moment they call you, you are forced to leave another voicemail and go through the exact same process. It perpetuates a culture of laziness and allows the workers to have way more power than the patient. I’m not allowed to leave a voicemail during THEIR lunch break, but if they call me during my lunch break I’m expected to answer immediately and will be punished if I don’t. It makes me think that they really don’t care about their patients and think that we are much stupider than we actually are. I’ve also had experiences where the head pharmacist told me that they couldn’t transfer a prescription to a different location from their store, and instead to call the store that I wanted to transfer it to. Upon calling the other store and telling them the situation, they told me that it was fully possible to transfer it from either store, meaning that the head pharmacist had lied to me in order to get out of doing HER JOB, and force someone else to do it. The alternative is that she is so incompetent that she can’t do one of the most basic functions of her job, which isn’t much better. There are on average about 6-7 people working at that pharmacy when I go in. Someone out of the 7 should be able to take 5 minutes and help me, or at least ACKNOWLEDGE me and tell me that they can’t help me. There is a (I believe) gay Hispanic man who works there who is the exception to the incompetency, he’s always very helpful and prompt. Shoutout to him.

The automated pharmacy is beyond aggravating. I’m about to change pharmacies because of it. I never get to call and talk to people. So they say they’ll call you back and half the time they don’t. Then you may not be able to answer when they call you back at a random time during work hours. Then I can’t call them back because it will just have me leave another message and play phone tag. Then when the automated texts come through saying the prescription is ready, it isn’t. It’s a mess. The worst pharmacy experience I’ve ever dealt with and it’s every month. I was at doing prescriptions at Winn-Dixxe and they were bought out. They were amazing and professional but automatically sent me to these bozos.

The head pharmacist which is a male and another one is a female. Are very rude. The male pharmacist Called me a troublemaker for asking about my medication. They Tell me they don’t have my medication but will give the same medication to someone else I’ve seen it done time and time again I have the online app for CVS. They would not tell me online. My meds are ready. I will have to go in the store and my medication will be sitting there with no notifications on the app, when I start using this app, it worked just fine I got every notification clear. This is a personal problem that should not be allowed in a professional setting.they have their favorites I’ve been with cvs for years so it’s not just a medication problem I’m a customer, why do you feel like it’s OK to treat someone like that because you feel like you can they need to be looked into to because this makes the whole store looks bad

Came here at 1:40pm on a Wednesday and the pharmacy is closed. No point even bothering with a place with such unpredictable and unreliable hours.

Currently working on a Police report the location's manager informed me they couldn't help with the theft since they don't have working security cameras. They don't care about their employees or costumers is what it seems like.

I came to pick up my prescription close to closing time because my doctors visit was later in the day. When I tried to pick it up, they told me to circle around and they would try to have it ready before they closed. When I went back to the counter. She told me that they would not be filling my prescription today and they’ve already put it on hold for tomorrow. When I got there the next day right when they opened, they told me that my prescription was no longer in the system. I let them know what happened the day before and they said that they would send me a text when my prescription was ready, so I waited in the store for my prescription to be ready after 30 minutes without a text I walked up to the desk again. They told me that they were still working on it and I said well I came right when you opened and they said that they would send me a text and I have not received anything yet two seconds later she came with my prescription in the bag ready to check out so it was clear that they were done working on it a while ago. why did they feel the need to make a pregnant woman go on a goose chase for her prescription.

The lead technician breaks CVS rules & regulations Purely out of spite for the customer. She either cannot speak English well enough to properly answer a question which I doubt since she's the boss Or she doesn't feel she has to. You cannot answer multiple different questions with one blanket statement & proceed to get mad at the customer because you're not answering the questions. But that's what she did. And even though my RX was just filled that day, She proceeded to unfill it & put it back on the shelf, so it was no longer available. That's where she broke the rules. When the automated message tells you, you have so many days to pick up your RX, THATS what they're supposed to go by! But out of spite this woman made sure it wasn't available & that I would have a hard time picking it up. Not a normal tech, but the LEAD! Clearly the rules doesn't apply to her. She does not care about you or your health & considering I've called in twice on this woman now, that means The people who own & operate that specific CVS does not care how their workers treat their customers. They don't care about YOU! When you play with people prescriptions you're literally playing with their health, life & death!

I always find this store clean and well stocked with the items I’m looking for. There is always a good selection of products to choose from. This is always helpful. The staff are also pleasant and helpful. I enjoy shopping in this location over others.

What an unexpected and amazing experience at CVS. Suzzane greeted me as I walked into the store and was very knowledgeable about my product needs. Suzzane also made we aware about the “extra care” card I could make in store which saved me money on some of the products I had purchased. She is a true asset to your organization, thank you.
