Horrible pharmacy. The pharmacist is on a power trip and despite the executive order by the governor to allow for early prescriptions because we are expecting a hurricane tomorrow. My prescription is not even "early" it says ready for pick up on the app. She tells me come back tomorrow. I said there's a hurricane tomorrow.. she said they will be there tomorrow. Rude and trying to be in control over the difference of one pill I'm so aggravated. I didn't want to drive in hurricane weather that's why I was trying to get it today in the first place

The young lady that waited in me at the counter was rude and awful! No customer service skills at all, she barely spoke, when she did it’s ‘how do you spell your name’ nothing more then asked me twice what my first name was. I initially went to the drive thru which typically is quick, just so I don’t have to deal with the poor customer service at this store but today an old lady literally camped out in the drive the which forced me to go in. I do not recommend this particular pharmacy it’s has always had issues with customer service and appears to be getting even worse!

I was very disappointed with the lack of customer service and “can’t do” attitude I received today. The entire pharmacy staff, with the exception of the young cashier, was rude. I will go out of my way to tell everyone to avoid going to CVS on Tower Road.

went to get shot. was advised unless i had appt for either flu or booster would be denied. asked for young lady to set me up an appt, she said to go home and do it. said have not unpacked computer yet, got shrugged shoulders. lady in front of me, denied shot and lady after me also left pharmacy right after me. come on cvs......yes i unpacked computer BUT not going back there.

Horrible, former employee so done with CVS. So apparently, when you walk in with a prescription to be filled, for an easy off the shelf item, no customers in store, at 10:45 am, on a weekday morning, there's a two hour-24 hour wait to fill it. The pharmacy tech was short and kinda nasty. The Pharmacist wouldn't even acknowledge my existence. I've Been filling scrips here for many years and have worked as a pharmacy tech with Cvs myself. Never, ever would I treat a customer like this. Publix, here I come and will move everything over. Spoke to manager on duty on way out and she didn't give my concerns any care or regards. Go anywhere but here.
