Consistently rude, both in person and on the phone. The pharmacy employees are curt, brusque, impatient - you name it. Special acknowledgment to the male pharmacist with the eyeglasses and longish hair. He should not work in a public facing role due to his awful attitude.

CVS-provided location driving directions sent me 30 minutes away from the actual testing location. I almost killed myself and my wife to get back to the right location and was 20 minutes late. They would not give me a test because I exceeded the 15 minute grace period. VERY UNHELPFUL!!!
