We took our car to Computatune after receiving an engine overheating signal on the car. After a few hours, the mechanics determined that they could not find anything wrong with the car and that the coolant level was good. However, the car continued to signal that the engine was overheating after the visit, so we looked under the hood and discovered that the radiator reservoir was completely drained of coolant and a leak was present. Very disappointed in Computatune’s negligence in missing this obvious issue. Because of this, the car sustained more damage to the engine than it would have had this issue been caught earlier by the mechanics at Computatune.

I normally do all of my own car repairs if applicable. I don't like to trust others to do that work for fear of being ripped off. These guys were fantastic, and I do not worry one bit when I come here now.
Had an AC issue, they diagnosed the issue for me. I then purchased the parts, installed it, but did not have a vacuum to clear the pipe and install refrigerant, and they did it all for an extremely fair price.
Give these guys your business, and big thanks to Griffin. Recently learned my Kia Soul burns oil and am working with the dealership to identify if its covered under any warranty.

Avoid if you can. AAA towed my car to there service center. Car had been over heating. I checked for any signs of leaks. Nothing. Topped off radiator. only took 2 cups of 50/50 antifreeze. So it was full. Prior to calling AAA i stopped at a Auto Zone and had a diagnostic test run. Car coded for temperature sensor and thermostat. I bought the parts. When computa tune called they said it would be $200.00 to install the parts. OK good. Then they call back and say the waterpump is leaking. I don't believe this. No sign of leaking before it got there. Another $ 600.00 for that repair. So now I'm stuck. The only thing I believed was that if the waterpump was not leaking at that time it would have been by the time I got there. I jammed up and they know this. Buyer Beware. I wont use the outfit again.

Brought in my Chevy Express to fix an ignition issue, destroyed by the previous owner. It took a while to get a part, but got it done. I'll be picking it up today. Good communication.
