Colortyme management is terrible I'll NEVER recommend this company to people! Our furniture was delivered to us BROKEN! Called management and it took up to 8 months to fix. Then was very rude and disrespectful the whole process being nasty and slick to my husband and I when you're wanting money from us, then sent a letter in the mail terminating our account without our knowledge and still without fixing the other part of our couch which he agreed to fix! (Still not fixing the full couch because he ordered the wrong parts) my overall experience with colortyme was not to my expectation and I'll never recommend it give business here again!
