“The employees here were so nice and helpful! I got some awesome Coraline stuff. They informed me that there was a discount on them where if you buy jewelry you get one 50% off. I didn't realize that if I used my discount that I got from the movies it would get rid of the in store discount lolol. That was a mistake on my part. They were all very helpful and still let me use the movie discount thing. Sorry for causing them a bit more trouble, just wanted to say they were all awesome!!!”
“Rick (owner) went above and beyond with his customer service: when a minor clerical error (incorrect shirt sizes) left me without a few of the shirts I needed for my trip out of town…Rick put a rush order in and got me the correct shirts within a few days. I asked him if he could hold the “incorrect “ shirts as I might purchase them later when the time was right for me to buy. When I was ready to buy them, he gave me a sizable discount. He didn’t need to do any of that. But he didn’t have to be asked to do it…he offered. Customer service like that is rare and it’s worth it 100% these days.”
“I had the pleasure of being a vendor with my company (forever linked Gainesville) at their recent Pre-Game Party! They did a great job putting it all together! We had a blast and hope to work with them again! A week before our event together, I checked out their boutique for the first time and totally scored with their sale racks! “A unique store for the Country Southerners where you can find brands like Yeti, Simply Southern & Columbia. About 50% clothing (primarily t-shirts) and 50% accessories, knick knacks, country seasonal, unique gift items. We scored well here for family stocking stuffers near Christmas. The staff are friendly and helpful. They also have an extensive online store. There was shirt we wanted but not in the right size. I went home and ordered with free shipping at sa.e sale price as in store, no guarantee to arrive before Xmas and it showed up within 3 days with PLENTY of time before Xmas. Excellent customer service!”

“This store is very clean always neat and has the wonderful staff. The store manager Missy is by far one of the sweetest and kindest store mangers I’ve came across in a while. She goes above and beyond to make sure you are greeted as soon as you step foot in the store and immediately asks if you need help in finding anything. The staff members are the same as well, Asha is one of a kind she is funny , kind and not only is she so helpful but she really knows her fashion and will make sure you not only feel good in what your trying on but she will also make sure you are up to date on all the new trends for older woman as myself, Alisha and Isabella are all not only kind welcoming and have great customer service mannerisms but they actually care to see you happy in whatever you have chosen to purchase. Walking in there if you’ve every felt low confidence about a certain look your going for just know they will hype you up to fullest just to make sure you have the biggest smile on your face. You definitely will feel your best self walking out. Windsor changed my outlook on attire and I feel I went from frumpy to fabulous and I owe it all to the amazing way I felt when all of these staff members helped me out.”

They were incredible, I spent all day at the mall looking for a dress for a photoshoot and Bailey was so helpful I ended up trying a dress I would have never tried on and loved it. “It was my first time shopping at Tilly’s. The store was clean and well-organized. The ambiance is active lifestyle with skateboarding accommodating the store as well street wear. A gentleman greeted me (Spencer) when I entered and I looked around for good deals and found some good items! I was looking for a replacement to my old white beach shirt with a design and found one! As I checked out Spencer asked me if I found what I needed and asked me how my day went. It went alot better with his friendliness amd awesome customer service! I definitely recommend going here if you need the latest fashion and want a good shopping experience.”
“The store was busy, I'm not sure if that's why the cashier left the security tag on the items I bought for my daughter. I believe she deactivated them but did not remove them. The alarm did not go off when we left the store, and I wish it had. Now, I don't know what I did with the recipe.
I found the recipe and revisited the store. I expected to the cashier what I believe happened and she took the security tags off without hesitation.”

“I just have to shout out the two ladies who helped me today! Unfortunately I don’t know their names but they went above and beyond for me! I had a last minute outfit disaster and desperately needed a certain product. Not only did they search the entire store for me, and help me find similar alternatives, but when we found one last one on a mannequin, they took the extra effort to remove it and give them to me! So appreciative because most would not. They also made sure I got the discounted price shown online. Sososo amazing of them!!!”
