Staff was super friendly. I appreciated the way in which I received texts with full details about what my car needed, with a price, and a way to approve or decline each service from a web portal. The over eccentric USA decor was a little over the top ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. But mainly my biggest complaint is that they quoted me $400 to replace my battery. I may not know much about cars - but this is WILD. Saved $200 by going to auto zone for a battery where they took the 5 minutes to install it for free. I’m not saying people shouldn’t be paid a living wage, but…$200 for five minutes? A bit much.

I needed a quick fix on a tire and my dealership couldn’t get me in for several days. The friendly team at City Auto scheduled me last minute and had my car back to me really quickly. I really appreciate the quick service and willingness to squeeze me in. Thank you!

Outstanding service! Theresa is amazing. Superb communication and I received all inspection results and estimates before any work was done. I was easily able to approve and sign for the work to be completed, even though I was out of town. The work was completed in a timely manner and I am very happy with their service and pricing.

I am currently on hold. The phone was picked up and the person mumbled something then I was put on hold. I having been holding for almost 15 minutes! I was calling because my truck is acting weird. I didn’t get service before why would I expect any now! On hold for over 16 before I hung up!

Paid for clutch and tune up. They did the clutch but not the tune up. The literally changed on plug and wire in the whole set. $2100 for just a clutch is a bit much. Called to have it fixed and they said they saw them put it in but my pics say different. If they changed them - why only one of the 8 wires blue and a different brand????

First time visit today, very pleased. My appointment was for a simple synthetic oil change. Appointment was set for 8am and I was back on the road by 8:54. Never tried to upsell me on anything, friendly to deal with, ample parking, plus the reception and waiting area were super nice. Will definitely be returning!
