The lady with the braids has a major attitude problem! You shouldn't work in customer service if you have a problem answering a simple question. No one forced you to come to work today! Do better with your selection of employees, Circle K.

This was and still is my go-to gas station; however, as of late the drink fountains appear to be neglected. The other day there were liquids all over the counter. Most of the soft drinks just came out as sparkling water. Just yesterday a fly came out of the juice dispenser as I poured myself a cup. I do wish for this to improve as it is in a convenient area and Circle K easily has the best prices for drinks. I will update if the condition improves.

Placed an order on Too Good to Go, when I went to go pick it up the cashier looked at me like I was crazy and said he had no idea what it is. Seems like Circle K does not adequately train their employees and they have no idea what's going on in their own store

The Cashiers are all super rude. They stand around talking about other coworkers while refusing to check in the back for ANYTHING. They totally push you to the self service kiosk that incorrectly rings up your items. No good morning, no pleasantries just move to the kiosk and go! I worked at Circle K long ago, it's sad that these employees lack basic customer service skills. An in-service definitely needs to be had.

Oh boy where to begin. From the riff raff hanging out front on a nightly basis to the people that just don't want to help you at all. They would rather be and on their phones and eating behind the counter rather than help ya. It's funny the one lady directs everyone to the self service but when people have problems with it she is argumentive and unhelpful. The time and energy she spends on the situation she could have rang the customer up and had them on their way. Pop machines CO2 are always not working properly. The self service scans the wrong skus on the items so I'm willing to bet they are wondering why their inventory is always off. But then again, you have to care about the job to notice things like that. Look I understand it's not the greatest job but a lot of things could be better with maybe a pinch of effort and a fake smile.

I am typically a regular at the Circle K #5237 though their bathrooms are always unclean it is on my way to work and I will pick up a drink or snack. However, today as I went to pull in red shirt, Circle K employee out front, smoking 2 feet away from the building informed me I could not enter because the registers were down, I don’t see the connection between registers being down and restrooms being closed. If you can take our money for gas at the pumps, you should be able to allow us to use those dirty restrooms. However, that’s fine I just will not be returning to this Location again.

I will never shop here again! African American lady with broke foot is rude, disrespectful, and doesn't like doing her job. I go everyday and spend almost $20 on cigarettes and food and this lady has the audacity to argue with me and tell me to "Get my money up"? She's ghetto and unprofessional. I will never shop again at this circle k!

Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Rude, argumentative, nasty employee refusing to help self service check out. Told customer she had attitude she better check when customer asked for help. Will never shop here again. Will file formal complaint with mgr and corporate.

Girl at the register tonight was extremely unprofessional. On her cell phone the whole time, on a personal call. Said they don’t do chime reloads and they do. I did it last week. Obviously doesn’t know what’s she’s doing and didn’t care to help. Said “believe what you want” and walked off. Ridiculous.

Little to no customer service since the new machines took over. I thought it was just a busy day... the first time it happened to me. I gave compassion that people were getting used to the new system. I was wrong. They were setting up the new normal for customer service. They sit behind the food counter chatting, oblivious they are at work, while customers stand waiting on them. Or, just one employee is working their tail off helping customers while the others are chatting. Several friends have experienced the same issues here. There's an Exxon West of there that's ? better in customer service.
