Attempted to buy something that didn't ring up and had the staff overcharge me for the item. When I corrected them after the transaction they made it a big deal about giving me the correct change back. Be weary when visiting this location as the staff is untrustworthy.

There was a sign stating you are not allowed to bring backpacks into the store. It was a handwritten, and not corporate provided. After complaining to the company it has since been removed but I still would not trust these employees, especially considering they wanted customers to leave backpacks and bags up behind the counter likely in the open and not in any sort of secure locker. Very sketchy.

A VERY busy store but they have everything you need for a convenience store. Even breakfast and lunch, hot foods throughout the day. The staff works very hard and deal with LOTS of different personalities so kudos to them for working there. They get you out as fast as they can. Clean bathrooms until a customer decides to mess it up for everyone!!

Typically every employee is helpful, kind and cheerful. Everyone is entitled to a bad day or two, but if they're having one, we rarely see it.Their coffee is always fresh and the hot food options tend to be well stocked during peak times.They do tend to be quite busy during the morning rush between 7 to 9 am and there is usually a steady trickle the rest of the time.The store is generally clean and well stocked. Even when they're having staff shortages, we don't feel that.There have been times with a bit of a wait, but it was never because of incompetence, it was simply because many people showed up at the same time.It is my convenience store of choice and I am here multiple times a week.I did have an issue one time and sent a message on the corporate site. I was contacted within 24 hours and it was resolved quickly and appropriately. I have no plans to find anywhere else. ❤
