I stop at this store for gas and snacks about 3 times a week. I stopped going for a while because one of the workers over charged me a dollar for the bogo pizza and wouldn't give me a refund saying, "$5. is still a good price." Today I went in with my grandson who was on crutches, went back to the car and left me holding several bags of chips and multiple drinks. It was finally my turn to check out and I placed all the items on the counter, asked for 2 bags of ice and had Powerball tickets too. When she told me the total it didn't seem like enough so I reminder her to add the ice. I reach in my purse and pull out the cash (my purse is large and open at the top). As she is handing me my change I freely open my purse in front of her to put the change in and she say something like, "Did you get those here? Are you going to pay for that? I didn't know what she was talking about so I look in my purse and see a small bag of chips and pulled them out. I said, "I have no idea if it is from here."She said, "Yeah! Right!"I was so caught off guard at being accused of stealing in front of the whole line of customers, I told her she needed to learn her manners and it could be from any gas station in town and it is actually against the law to falsely accuse someone of stealing. I asked a worker outside if she was the manager and she said "no"I went outside and got my ice and remembered that I had had to remind her to ring up my ice. Which why would I take a $2. bag of chips but remind her to charge me for $7. of ice? I walked back in and asked for her name. At that time a customer said that he heard my purse rubbing up against the chip display at checkout and there was one on the floor when he checked out so that lead me to assume the chips fell in my wide open bag as they fell. she followed me outside and took a picture of me and asked my name and I gladly gave it. I put my stuff in my car and took the chips back inside and left them where they had fallen from. I had just spen $37. and paid with a $100. dollar bill. I know that doesn't prove anything, but reminding of the ice and having my purse wide open for her to see..... What set me off is how she was so rude and loud and accusing.

I come in this specific store almost everyday, while the overnight/early morning customer service workers are very nice the young ladies on the afternoon shift are rude, ignorant and they have nasty attitudes. There are two young ladies that need proper customer service training. I understand that we all have bad days but that shouldn't reflect on how you interact with the customers. We are the main reason you have a job. I am a firm believer that we should treat others how we want to be treated and I don't like the attitudes or the slick comments when I come in the store. ( VERY UNPROFESSIONAL)

Store Manager is awful. During the time where the sign says mask are required, why are the employees not wearing them, or have them 1/2 on? This allows other people to walk in without them. She is an awful manager.
