Me and my fiancé are first time homebuyers and I have to say that misty did everything in her power to help us due to other issues we were having. We were recommended working with misty and let me tell you that it was the best decision we ever made. I can't stress enough how grateful I am to have met and worked with misty. She helped us in every way possible when it came to applying, finances, closing, answering questions and explaining them perfectly to where we understood. I highly recommend misty being your go to person when choosing bank and person when buying a home. Defenetly will be working with her in the future again. Super thankful!

My mom had an account for a few years , and she had dementia and everyone at that location were so good in helping her, that I decided to open up an account there, and I have received the same PROFESIONAL help that she received.My ONLY complaint is the hours of operation. Most banks drive through opens at 7 am, and lobby at 9 am, their drive through doesn't open till 8:30 , MOST people have to be at work by 8 am and their lobby closes at 4 pm , and ppl normally get off around 4 or 5 pm..But as far as the employees,,, GREAT GROUP OF PEOPLE that try their best to pleas everyone.

I was charged $8 to cash a paycheck in which the employer banks with this bank. I asked Michael Williams if he would waive this fee because I felt that it was not fair to charge me. His response was no. So my response is a bad review. If I could leave no stars I would. Completely unsatisfied with my visit. I will not recommend this bank to anyone.

Best Bank in alachua county this one does not charge you for anything except overdrafts, no minimum balance no mandatory savings account and if you write somebody a check and they go there cash it they get all of it. I will bet you that no one else in alachua county can say that. The staff there is actually very helpful and hey you can get a real person on the phone when you call
