I walked in 30 minutes before they closed and they were professional and polite. The nurse and APN Tracy Shibla was excellent!! Took time to discuss my condition and make appropriate referral and recommendations. Excellent care!!

Covid test and physical exam. Doctor didnt wash his hands… autofail. Similar complaints about time, courtesy, and scheduling 3 years later. Good luck reaching someone about a drug test results. Plan to wait hours the day of.

The PA was able to help me and prescribed a cough medicine that worked after a day of taking it. I have finally felt relief with the medicine . Thank you!

I would give them zero stars if it was an option. I had an appointment yet waited over an hour and still hadn’t been seen. When I asked the woman at the front desk about it, she was rude and told me it would probably be about a 2.5 hour wait. In addition, the whole time I was there, they took calls continuing to schedule appointments for that day yet never mentioning that they were hours behind.

I came in because the top of my head was hurting on one side the nursing staff was very professional Shannon at the front counter is cold as ice I asked them to send the referral to simed Shannon told me they only send referrals to UF and then told me she could not send it to simed when I asked her what law preventing her from sending it to Simed then all the sudden Shannon could send it and said she would 4 hours later it had still not been received buy simed so I made a trip back to care spot in person I asked Shannon why my referral had not been sent she said she sent it I asked her to show me the receipt for the fax she conveniently did not have one and said she would send it again I told her I would wait on the receipt so she proceeded to have me sit in the waiting room for over 25 minutes to send a fax I do not recommend this company and will never return here again
