Don't get a Flu shot from here. Very slow service. We showed up over 10 minutes early and proceeded to wait 30 minutes past our appointment anyways. We were the only ones in the waiting room.

I am a local prescribing physician. Unfortunately I am also a patient who chose to use this pharmacy. BAD MISTAKE! They are incapable, malevolent, inefficient and will blame the doctor or the patient for their inadequacy. Walgreen pharmacies are cheap but you get what you pay for. I highly recommend Publix. Well worth the extra $5-10 to deal with professionals! There is one pharmacist there in particular who has a very overinflated opinion of herself. You know who she is no doubt of you have the misfortune of having to deal with her. Many words come to mind to describe her but none are appropriate for this platform. Suffice it to say, you should avoid this store and all Walgreens in general at all costs. That is my personal, AND professional opinion! Enough is enough. I had enough of doctor wannabe pharmacists. If you wanna be a doctor, go to that school, and try to get through the program. If not, do what you know, which is fill doctors' orders without too much lip and don't torture the patient. You're nothing but a liability!!!

I have been using this pharmacy for over 5 years now since the price is typically lower compared to Publix and the surrounding pharmacies. However, I have continued to experience POOR service over the years with very rude pharmacy techs at the window. It would be refreshing for them to learn better hospitality/manners when speaking to patients/customers who don't know any better and are coming to them with questions and concerns because they simply don't know. I would like to feel comfortable asking questions about prescriptions without getting a rude tone in response. I will be taking my business elsewhere after this last encounter.

Walgreens official websites says flu shots are covered by Medicare Part B. Medicare official site says flu shots are covered by Medicare Part B. I have Medicare Part B. Walgreens says flu shot is not covered and it is $75. I called Walgreen's, with their site and Medicare open on my computer. They said well call Medicare, our site is just a general statement. ANSWER: NO FLU SHOT AMERICA. GREAT HEALTH SYSTEM.

Yesterday; Sunday, May 16th I didn't experience "happy" nor "healthy." I worked in a pharmacy for 5+ years and not once have I EVER refused an ER script and scripts regardless of what time our pharmacy was supposed to close. I had a 6 tab antibiotic that was in a little box(ZPak), that I really needed to be filled because I had a double ear infection in my right ear. I came straight from the ER to Walgreens, and tried my best to hurry unknowing what time it was. I did have a clock but when you're in as much pain as I was, your last thought is what time it is. The pharmacist knew I had a script in my hand and asked for it, KNOWING she was going to refuse me service due to them closing in two minutes BUT 1 minute till closing, she waited on man who forgot his wallet then takes his time to find a drink in the cooler. I wasn't a new patient; my name, dob, allergies, and updated insurance was on file. So, it's not like she would've had to add me into their system, but she chose to wait on a man that clearly didn't care that they were due to close and a drink was important for them to wait. It's not like I had a maintenance med that I was holding onto all day or even a C2. My ear canal ended up swelling shut, and my ear drops that the ER gave me were useless no matter how hard I tried. Tylenol did nothing for the swelling. Due to being pregnant, my med list is slim to none. So, overall my experience was like I said, far from "happy" or "healthy." Your employees are definitely there for one thing and that was a paycheck.

Dirty facility. Restrooms in particular are very dirty, even though the signs indicate that they're being cleaned according to schedule. They're definitely not. Employees are rude as well - one man smacked me with a door leaving the restroom and didn't bother to apologize.
