Rick (owner) went above and beyond with his customer service: when a minor clerical error (incorrect shirt sizes) left me without a few of the shirts I needed for my trip out of town…Rick put a rush order in and got me the correct shirts within a few days. I asked him if he could hold the “incorrect “ shirts as I might purchase them later when the time was right for me to buy. When I was ready to buy them, he gave me a sizable discount. He didn’t need to do any of that. But he didn’t have to be asked to do it…he offered. Customer service like that is rare and it’s worth it 100% these days.

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very fast turn around time, and they took the time to explain all the options in a way that even I could understand. I would highly recommend using them.

We get our company shirts done there. They do embroidery of logos. You can even bring your own items to have done. Shirts, sweats, hats. If it needs a logo, they can do it

My experience here was not 100% appreciated. When I received my order it was not how I wanted it (even though I brought them a physical copy of one of my shirts that had already been made as an example). I was respectful about it and didn’t want to make a big fuse but I clearly showed some dissatisfaction. There was no effort made to rectify the situation and failed to admit that they messed up. It was as if this is what it is it’s already been printed so take it. I just wish my money spent was on a product that I am proud of. And I get it mistakes and miscommunication happens but they could of at least tried to make things better maybe half off on the next order. I probably will not go back for future orders through them.

Needed embroidery on some school uniform shirts, they did an amazing job, even took less time than I was quoted. While I was dropping them off, I ended up choosing 2 jackets to have them put a name & logo on as well. The staff was all so friendly & helpful, will definitely be using them from now on.
