This bed and breakfast is a true find.While traveling Within Florida I found this unique Inn and it was amazing.We found this Inn while traveling only a few minutes from I-75.Friendly professional staff. Clean beautifully furnished rooms with antique decor.Excellent breakfast buffet and snacks and beverages available through the day and evening.Only a few minutes to the delicious dining in the historic district.Highly recommended. ?

Excellent bed and breakfast.Super clean and the antique decor is beautiful.Delicious breakfast and assortment of snacks and beverages throughout the day and evening.Great location near the University or amazing and unique unique place to stay while traveling.Friendly and professional staff.Delicious cuisine nearby in the Gainesville historic district.Highly recommended.

Had an excellent experience at the Camellia Rose Inn. Beautiful bed and breakfast. Very clean and well run. Great breakfast and snacks. We will be back again soon!!!

Communication for late check in was spot on. This was our second visit and we can't get over how cute this this property is! And clean! Snacks and drinks are great and the linens are meant to impress! Quiet neighborhood full of old victorians. No other place in Gainesville for us! Thanks for welcoming us again!

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay! The neighborhood felt safe, the property was peaceful, clean and charming. There was a great selection of snacks and beverages available throughout the night. My favorite part was being greeted by the resident cat when I arrived.Would definitely stay there again!Rooms: Stayed in the Briar Rose Room. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. Had a lovely view of the property.Food & drinks: The dining room had an amazing choice of snacks and beverages available for free 24/7. The sitting room had wine and a decanter in the evening.

Absolutely gorgeous. Everything about this place is just beautiful. The staff was warm and welcoming. The views from the upper levels were awesome. We had our own upstairs outside porch. We decided after dinner to come back and enjoy this little beauty instead of hitting the town. Equipped with a record player, and it is stocked with wine and whiskey. Such a romantic little spot for couples. Small lot for parking available on property. Within walking distance to restaurants, bars and entertainment

This is a very nice bed and breakfast very historical home very historical location close to everything in Gainesville totally worth the money it's only $30 more than a local hotel it's a no brainer

My wife and I stayed here over the weekend while our son had a conference at UF. The Camellia Rose Inn was fantastic! We stayed in the anticipation room and there was plenty of room. It has a king-size bed that was very comfortable. They put out a very nice continental breakfast in the mornings complete with a Keurig and all the accessories. They provide sodas, juice, and a variety of snacks. Very close to the downtown district. We had dinner at Harry's Seafood and it was also very good.

Beautiful property, wonderful service, and perfect location!The Camellia Rose Inn is run by the BEST hosts, has great amenities, and is the perfect place for short or extended stay to be close to the UF campus. Every amenity you could want or need is at your fingertips. From breakfast to refreshments available during the day, the beautiful setting, relaxing wraparound porch with views, a business center, you name it you will find it here.

My partner and I stayed at the Camellia Rose Inn in the Hodges cottage and absolutely loved it! Super comfortable bed and just a wonderful cozy feel. A perfect place to relax and recharge. Plenty of space, a nice little kitchen and just everything you could ask for.
