It’s really sad how this company would hire employees who weren’t trained in the retail business. The price s are attractive but the customer service could be better. I went to the archer road store the aisles were I shopped were messy. I was buying some sheets and pillows I bought a kitchen floor rug . At checkout the cashier Aaron forget to take off this anti-theft device so when I was leaving the alarm went off. They were to lazy or just incompetent or indifferent to come and take the device off . I didn’t know what was going on so I just took my merchandise and left. When I got home I realized this anti theft device had to be dislodged by a store Employee . So now I have to go back tomorrow and get this device taken off my rug. I hope they can train their employees better .

I was out shopping one day and needed a jacket so I went to Burlington and they had such a large variety it took me almost an hour to choose the jacket that I wanted say how beautiful choices there with a very good price and if you're out looking for a jacket Burlington's is the place to go

I enjoy this store very much. My only complaint is that the shelves in many places, especially toys, were pretty bare and what was there was a total mess and scattered. This might be because it's 1 week before Christmas but it seems they should have someone organizing the shelves every so often. I was disappointed there no play-doh.

My husband and I shopped there today. We could not believe the condition this new store was in. It was filthy and so unorganized. There were piles of clothes, women’s scarves, etc. on the floor. I have never seen anything like this before. You would think the manager/employees would have more pride in a store, especially such a new store. It will be a long while until we return.
