They lock the bathrooms now and when I have a 6 year old about to potty on themselves, and we run to the bathroom, I then have to hurry back up front, with the upset, about to potty on themselves, 6 year old, to FIND an employee (which is impossible at times until you get to the registers) to call for someone to come UNLOCK THE BATHROOM, then rush back, and WAIT...AND WAIT. I have waited forever it seems at times, especially when you have a child crying and about to use the bathroom on Burlington's floor and all over themselves. NOT a good addition to store policy!!!!!!!! PLUS! they don't even look at you hardly. So what if I had clothes all shoved under my arms? (Not that I EVER would) They wouldn't even notice!! They're in the same rush as I'm in. Stupid policy. Stupid!

They have a line through the store, two people up front no one to help customers otherwise the manager was nowhere to be found.
Waiting in line for so long I had to pee, myself and another customer were walking around looking for the manager who apparently was the only one in the store who could open the door. He was also called over the intercom and never came while we waited by the bathroom. The store merchandise is good but the staff needs an overhaul. There was an older white male at the checkout he was doing his best, but the manager needs to go.
I will be relaying to corporate that there is no manager on duty as well as no public bathroom. Local code enforcement will also be made aware.

The door to the BATHROOM has a number pad lock on it!?! I had to stupidly ask a poor employee if I could use the bathroom, which interrupted them from the task they were doing and made me feel like a child. Not to mention, there are only TWO fitting rooms for the WHOLE store since the ones at the back were closed. I was lucky and there wasn't a line.....this time. What the hell are these business practices?

The store was busy, I'm not sure if that's why the cashier left the security tag on the items I bought for my daughter. I believe she deactivated them but did not remove them. The alarm did not go off when we left the store, and I wish it had. Now, I don't know what I did with the recipe.
I found the recipe and revisited the store. I expected to the cashier what I believe happened and she took the security tags off without hesitation.

They have a serious staffing issue. Line is always long with only one person checking people out.

I enjoy shopping at Burlington, but I must say that I don’t believe the owners know how much money they lose by closing the dressing rooms 3 and 2 1/2 hours before the store actually closes. Idk how many times I’ve put down clothes that I would have purchased because I can’t try anything on and this has happened on MULTIPLE OCCASIONS….they have to change that policy. There is no reason why a dressing room should be closing hours before a store closes. I used to still purchase some things but now I get so irritated that I don’t purchase anything and just leave.

On this day, I found an item I was going to purchase. I approached the checkout only to find a line of 7 or more people waiting to checkout, all with many items, one customer had a shopping cart full of clothing. There was only one employee for checkout. Since the wait was so long, I put my item back and shopped at a competitor next door.

Nice store, big parking with entrance to disabled people, near by of Trader Joe’s, with a lot of different products, the staff is always polite, always good prices, nice brands, famous for the variety of winter coats, but also you can finds stuff for home and travel.
