In January, 2024, I took my 2021 custom build Porsche Boxster to Classic Collision to repair/repaint some scratches on the front right side and on the rear spoiler wing. They told me the car would look as good as new after they finished. A few days after I picked up the car, I noticed the letters “R+I” (Remove and Install in auto body parlance) on the rear spoiler wing that was visible only when the light was on the car at a certain angle (see pics). Needless to say, I was not happy that anyone who worked at Classic Collision would write ANYTHING on the paint of a car, especially on a Porsche. And, they should have cleaned and buffed the entire car properly before releasing it. Upon further inspection I noticed a small paint indentation by the rear license plate. They attempted to buff out the flawed paint by the license plate and to buff out the scratches, but were not successful. I didn't bring the car back to them a third time because I lost confidence in them. After about a month, I had the paint detailed and buffed by a professional at another business. This fixed all the issues but cost hundreds of dollars out of pocket. Classic Collision did not offer to reimburse me for the cost to fix their mistakes.
Today (July 24, 2024), my husband took the car to Porsche Ocala for its yearly service and was informed that Classic Collision has lost its Porsche certification. I am not surprised.
We have been taking our cars to Buchholz Paint and Autobody for years and were always happy with their work. Apparently being bought out by Classic Collision has negatively impacted the quality of workmanship. Sadly, I cannot recommend this business to anyone, especially anyone with a high-end car.

I highly highly recommend Classic Collision, I was in a fender bender and from the time I contacted this business until I picked my car up everyone was outstanding and very helpful. They handled all of the insurance details, I had nothing to worry about. From Liz at the front desk to my adjuster Ashley, I could make good friends of them! The detail to the work and the finished product was like my car was brand new! Very professional, caring people. My car was detailed, washed, clean on the inside (exactly how I sent it in). It is very obvious that everyone is a team player and cares about their clients. I hope to never have to use them again but I definitely will and would recommend them to anyone.

Really went out of their way to help me start up my car. Was having issues with the battery throughout the day, they sent Scott to help. 10/10 would recommend for others in the area. Great costumer service and people.

My daughter is going to UofF and got in a fender bender so I was stuck finding a body shop I could trust in a city/state halfway across the country that could do quality work at an honest and fair price. I wasn't optimistic it would go well. I couldn't be more pleased with the job Randy and the team at Classic collision did. Constant updates, helped my daughter get back to campus after dropping off her car, fair pricing. Everyone I talked to was kind and accommodating. Great business!!

I can’t say enough about the excellent service at Classic Collision. Jason Bauman thoroughly explained the process prior to receiving my truck and kept me informed throughout the repair. My truck was out earlier than I thought and looks great! Thanks Jason!

I never write a review but this place and its employees deserve one, I have never had such an easy experience, “excellent job with my car”, it looked like new service was fast. I totally recommend this place if you are looking for a place to repair your car after an accident Classic Collision and s the place.

Classic Collision is a class act.Randall handled my claim & left no stone unturned. He’s an unstoppable force. This was a tough job & Randall is exactly the advocate you want in your corner. He went to bat for me with the insurance company every step of the way; which was no easy task. I am amazed at the elite level of personal service & exceeding professionalism. I owe him a great debt of gratitude.My car was seemingly beyond repair, & my insurance company was constantly crossing wires, but the team at Classic Collision showed incredible tenacity every step of the way.The guys on the shop floor did a superb job, completely repairing every issue on a near-totaled vehicle. place is a joke & does not deserve any stars! When I left my vehicle I was told it would be complete within 2 weeks at Max! (It was not a major repair) Multiple times did they claim to “find more damage” & requested more money from my insurance. Until the point the insurance became suspicious. TWO MONTHS later I went to pick it up as it was said to Finally be completed. Only to find the back up camera did not work. It took them 5 hours to say it was a faulty camera. They would call when the camera came in. Supposedly it was on back order w/no known ship date, blah blah. But it conveniently arrived 2 days later. The manager Rick asked me to bring it back in,promising to have it repaired in 45 mins. Which did not happen! 4 hours later & after taking it to the dealership, did they figure out it was a wire they did not reconnect when attaching the new bumper. From day one this place had excuse after excuse behind their poor service. They even called me twice in the same day & gave 2 totally different excuses for the delay! The service advisor, Rebecca, asked me multiple times to “please do not leave a review”! But people have a right to know what to expect!
