“We recently had a minor accident that wasn't our fault. Our car is only 14 months old. The other company provided a very low-ball quote to repair the bumper, grill, headlight and who knows what else might be wrong because the appraiser did the quote based on only pictures. ?
I spoke with Erica in the morning the other day, who was a pleasure to speak with. We called back to make sure she received the information that was emailed. At that time, we actually spoke to Mr. Dave Barber's, who confirmed the info was received. He was very knowledgeable and informative. He was concerned that we were driving with the bumper flopping around, so he told us to come by to see if they could clip it back in temporarily until we could get it fixed. Unfortunately it couldn't be clipped so they used duct tape! He assured us that they deal with difficult insurance companies all the time and usually have to file supplemental claims so that the proper repairs can be made. They are a family owned business and have been around since 1965. They also told us that they can assist in coordinating a car rental while the car is in their shop getting repaired.
We are happy that we found them and look forward to getting the car repaired.”

“A local repair shop called Max's to tow my car back to them. Duane/Dwayne could have just hooked up my car and taken it, but instead he said, "let me try a few things real quick". Turns out, he knew exactly what to do! He spent about 20 minutes in the blazing heat and got my car running. I cannot recommend them more highly.”

“I highly highly recommend Classic Collision, I was in a fender bender and from the time I contacted this business until I picked my car up everyone was outstanding and very helpful. They handled all of the insurance details, I had nothing to worry about. From Liz at the front desk to my adjuster Ashley, I could make good friends of them! The detail to the work and the finished product was like my car was brand new! Very professional, caring people. My car was detailed, washed, clean on the inside (exactly how I sent it in). “I brought my car there because I needed help removing an attachment from my car. They weren't successful (not their fault - it turned out to be impossible) but they tried all they could think of. Three people spent half an hour working on it, and in the end they didn't charge me anything because they hadn't been able to solve my problem. Highly appreciated!”

Gerber was amazing at helping us make this car repair easy, working with us and our schedule since we only have one car. They did a great job with the repair, the car looked new. And they even washed our car! WOW! The customer service by Meghan and Christine was AMAZING. And the superstar of the show was Isaiah! He was SO helpful in communicating to us what was going on and maintaining the communication with GEICO. All of them when above and beyond to make our wait time extra comfortable. DEFINITELY CHOOSE GERBER on 33rd street if you need collision or auto body repair. You will be very happy!”

“The staff is very friendly and service is great. The manager is super helpful and will make sure you’re taken cared of. But my discontent comes from having to return my vehicle three times for warranty work. First, they had to have the bumper repaired after they assured me it was replaced. The bumper was still dented, remnants of the original accident. Then, had to return the vehicle twice to have sensors fixed that they messed up in the first place.
Edit: The staff made sure my issue got resolved. The sensors had to ve calibrated by a special machine and it took some trial and error to get it right. I had taken my vehicle here before for repair work and would choose this location again if need be. 10/10”
“While driving my mother’s car I ran over an object in the road and it damaged the driver side door foot rest. Mr. Small Dent examined the vehicle, gave me an estimate and had my Mothers car repaired in No time and their work was Exceptional I will definitely use them again and refer all of my associates to them.”
