Desk staff were great in getting in contact with me and transferring me to a manager. However the manager I spoke to sounded like he could not be bothered, said he would call me back and then never did.

2024 update: gotta give credit where credit is due. Worked on a deal for over 2 months with Bonito and co. and in the end they made it work.
2020 update left up for honesty:
How hard the mighty fall. There once was a time when this dealership ran like the ultimate driving machine. Sadly that time is no more. Unresponsive, inattentive. While i agree that associates are what makes a business work, a solid manager provides the vision for it. Sadly, that vision is like a dodo, there are none here.

This dealer is so ridiculous, the guy called himself used car manager Gary talking like trash. Very very tricky dealership people beware, should look up elsewhere before buying from them. They will try to squeeze the juice out of you. I was try to purchse one of the used bmw there and for the past 2 weeks they advertise on the internet from 31k go down to 29k and the price out the door is still 35k something. I do understand dealership do need to make money, but the honesty and reputation always need it. I end up getting the same car from different place higher price but out the door is still lower than their and w lower miles. BEWARE BEFORE YOU THINK U GET A GOOD DEAL, BUT YOU ARE NOT. GOOD LUCK.

Lied straight to my sisters face about the price of her car. She was scammed, lied to, and paid $1,500 in repairs within 2 days of driving off the lot.

I think the person I worked with was amazing. I think his name is Charlie or something like that. Would I buy from them again, seriously doubt it. Im rating them low for lying and using deception. When I arrived I came with a pre approval from my credit union and had every intention of using them. I was approached and asked if I can get you a BETTER interest rate will you use someone else and ofc my answer was yes. I was then told by my salesman they beat your rate. Granted, I didn’t ask for the rate I said ok. When Im sitting down signing, I get to the rate is the same as my CU. I asked and ofc he didn’t know he was like at least they matched it. If you use BMW Gainesville, Ask questions. Don’t take their word. Make sure you understand. Would I go back? Probably not. Don’t lie for a sale.

I bought a convertible bmw 840 xdrive 2022 from this dealer and traded in my 2013 convertible bmw 328.The price both for the new purchase and the trade were very favorable, the process was smooth and very professional. I have been going to this dealer for the past 7 years and highly recommend it.

With having two vehicles bought and serviced over the past two years at this location, I can say the service dept (Dave Hepler) has improved and gotten much better, where the sales team has gotten worse. Unable to get responses from the dealership after building a new model for order aside from an automated system. Taking days later to get back to me and other sales reps apply haste when appraising my vehicle or inquiring on email certificates. Perhaps bad times of the month where they met quotas and didn't need my business, but has happened four times now in the past two years. I ended up going to Ocala BMW now for sales. Much more responsive and attentive.
