I have been a customer of Bill Matchell's office for more than 15 years. During that time I have had to file a major claim and change policies multiple times. Additionally, there have been numerous "what if" scenarios I have been able to run by them on ways to improve my coverage and savings. I typically work directly with Karla Kirkland and in every instance she has been quick to respond and extremely helpful.

I have come to have minimal expectations when I contact an insurance office. Today they like to throw you into the "answering room". You get "the next available" person to help you. That was not my experience in calling this office. My conversation and following contact with Karla always had a personal touch. I appreciated her hearing me and taking care of me. What a great asset for Mr. Matchell and State Farm!
