This big box retail has a lot of stuff people need to buy. Their decorations are very good and sales are impressive. Before they send some stuff back, they nearly give it away.

Stopped in to fin an outdoor rug likeThe one I purchased in a different town Searched the entire store without any luck. Coincidentally , when checking out Tony ask if I found everything and I honestly answered no, that I couldn’t find outdoor rugs. Well, Tony chimed in walked me straight to the corner where they were tucked away! NotOnly did I get exactly what I came for, but with Tony’s help and Dawn’s (team lead) I got It for 50% off and an additional 20% for shopping on Saturday! Without Tony and Dawn, I would have left without the item I came specifically for. Love this kind of service and the goodness of the peopleOf store #5289

We typically do not shop at Big Lots but I knew they might have some things I was looking for. While we were there we decided to buy a Gazebo that was on clearance but the floor model was the last one. We came back a few days later to pick up the disassembled gazebo. We were missing some pieces and felt like the purchase was a huge mistake. Terrance, the store manager, went above and beyond to help us. We're so impressed with his people skills and focus on customer sevice. We'll be doing more shopping at Big Lots because of our experience.

Large discount store.Shelves close together making it difficult for two or more to pass in the aisles.Rolling stock so buy it now cause next time you come in it may not be there.
