I've had my share of mishaps and made plenty of wrenching mistakes, and the guys at Super Cool Bike Shop have been nothing but exemplary in helping out and providing bike services. They've helped with a stripped stem cap bolt, overtightened pedals, broken spokes, and all other issues outside of my skill level. They also sell tools for at-home maintenance, and are more than happy to explain what's going on with your bike.
