DO NOT DO BUSINESS …… with this company. Booked a trip to fly out to the Dry Tortuga's for 6 people on June 26th of this year online with this company. Never received any confirmation or communication from anyone. I waited to call later in the week and spoke with JOHN who told me they were behind leading up to the 4th of July and it would be a few more days. 4th of July came and went, still no confirmation or communication from this company. I called back a few days after the 4th and spoke with JOHN again and was told they’re a few days behind because of the holiday. I called this morning and spoke to JOHN again and was told the day I requested August 24th was now booked. The whole trip to Key West was based on the fact that we would be going to the Dry Tortuga’s. JOHN the unprofessional person that he is could care less. I promised him a wonderful review on all the travel sites I could find and following through with that promise. JOHNs company is based out of Florida which is wonderful new because my next complaint is to Tallahassee FL to the better business to report this company. Good news is I called the float plane company directly (avoid 3rd party sites when all possible) and the gentleman told me at the company that they had availability still for the day I wanted and for the time I originally requested. So we get to go on our trip, but now I get to enjoy letting everyone know to avoid BEST ON TRAVEL NETWORK and the unprofessional JOHN that deserves to be out of business.

Lies, lies, lies! Do not book through them! We had to cancel a fishing charter due to covid. Says on the booking that we were entitled to a full refund. Took weeks and weeks going back and forth with Jonathan. He is rude and unprofessional. He is also the only one who ever answers the phone.

Initially booked a tour with them for Blue Lagoon Swim with the Dolphins at Dolphin Encounters in the Bahamas online on 12/5/2019. This trip was cancelled due to COVID and rebooked for 10/8/21. They have held our money totaling $526.50 since the initial booking. The rebooked trip was also cancelled due to COVID. When I called to request a refund on 9/1/21 I was told I was entitled to a full refund and they would send a check. Upon calling again on 9/16/21, I was told I'd need to call back the next day, when they could look into whether the check was cashed. On 9/17/21 they told me that they would confirm that it was not cashed and resend the check. Today there is no answer at their phone number. Needless to say, I have not received a check/refund. Have filed a claim with the BBB.

Booked a snorkeling excursion for our cruise in March of 2020 with them (booked in February). Well that cruise obviously got canceled as all cruises did and here we are in September and still no refund. They keep putting us off and are now saying they cannot give us a refund until "the virus quits killing people in the Bahamas." What!? Yet they will gladly book you on other items to take your money. It doesn't make sense that they can continue to offer services and continue to operate but not give refunds. Very shady.

Incredibly rude and unprofessional. I was speaking with one of the managers, Mr. Johnathan Joanes and he provided me with some really inaccurate information about a cruise to Lebanon. Tried to charge me for a brief consultation too. Absolutely disastrous WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
