Best buy service in store is ridiculous. When I bought a TV from there they told me to pick it up around back. After driving around the multiple store building twice I found the loading dock around back that wasn't marked or indicated with anything letting you know that that was the location. After waiting for 30 minutes to get my TV I was finally out of there. My second trip to Best buy there was three employees behind the checkout desk. When they saw me waiting in line two of them disappeared. After waiting for 10 minutes of being the only person in line one other employee finally showed up to check me out. When I handed her the controller I wanted to purchase she dropped it on the ground. I hope it works when I get home.

In regards to customer support, I can never get anyone in the store when I use the number listed online. I am always rerouted to a call center and they can't ever do anything without communicating with the store. Very frustrating

I can't believe I have to wait 2 weeks for a washing machine to be delivered. Caused a lot of problems. Hope it was worth it

It's Best Buy, what can you say about the big yellow tag? They have zero competition, as far as technology to purchase off the shelf. I miss the days of Circuit City, Media play, Radio Shack... Just means things here run out of stock more frequently, that's all.

I am not happy with the credit card service. I get charged renewal fee and never notified before hand.Also I have a long term 0 interest. But the additional purchases have to be paid to avoid interest charges. Not made clear. I am upset.

This store is absolutely the worst !I bought an Apple Pencil from them for my daughter and it wasn’t working properly so we had gone to the store to exchange it . They told her no way is that allowed even though she had a receipt . They said they would not even give her credit ! The store associate apparently was awful as well. Do not buy from them as they do not allow you to exchange for a working product.
