Best Buy=Worst Buy!
Selection of products is terrible. Customer service is mediocre at best and check out is painful with disinterested college kids! Please DO NOT buy any Appliances from this store. Had an Electrolux stackable Washer and Dryer delivered. The delivery tech (Jordan Wilkerson) did a crapy job; did not connect the washer to the faucet correctly, did not check if there could be leak and left. Did not reply to phone calls after leaving his card to say “please call me if you have any questions.” The drainage pipe leaked. Another tech came in a few days (during which time I was out of the washer), did an incorrect evaluation of the problem. He came back in 5 days and could not solve the problem. I had to call a plumber for a fee of $200. Thank you, Best Buy, Do not buy from Best Buy!!

Update: Place had really gone down hill. I guess its going out of business??? Staff unwilling help. Many items not on display with empty spots. Locked cabinets messy with very little stock. Has item not on display in the cases and items on display not in stock. Many years ago it was a great store.
OLD: It's Best buy and delivers exactly what you would expect. A store well stocked with more than enough people to help in one department and nobody to help you in another

One of the only Best Buy’s I have been where some employees are rude. They seem frustrated. And this is on a weekday afternoon when it wasn’t very busy.

Worst employee I have ever seen at Best Buy. The guy who wanted to help me didnt focus on me he didnt listen me he always looked his phone! Even he talked with me he looked always to his phone! Very rude!!
