Tabatha in the salon department does TREMENDOUS work. she took so so much time and effort on me. she blew me away with the time and work spent with me and my hair. i have VERY thick long hair and made sure every inch was beautiful. she made me feel beautiful, along with her team. i have received SO many compliments and i will not only be sending everyone to her but always will never trust someone else with my hair like her!

Bella the benefit brow bar specialist is amazing. No one has ever done my eyebrows as good as she does. I've gotten a lamination, tint, wax, and threading done by her and all have been amazing results. She makes the whole process quick, painless, and outstanding. Bella takes the time to really sculpt your eyebrows to match your features and makes you feel comfortable in your own skin. I've gotten many compliments on my eyebrows, even my husband notices it every time. She is not only great with eyebrows but she has so much product knowledge about makeup and skincare, she has helped me bring my skin back to life. She really takes the time to help you out and if she is busy she always keeps a professional attitude and lets you know that she is helping multiple people at once but will still try to make your experience great.

Professionalism is dead and customers service is on life support. This location is awful when it comes to consistency and management. The only thing consistent is the excuses of why something or some offered service isn’t up to par. Recently I made appointments with the salon at Ulta for my two daughters, these appointments were made about a month in advance. The appointments were for color services. 10 am was the scheduled time on a Sunday before the first day of school we arrive on time for the appointment and as we are walking to the salon area one of my girls phones receive a text saying the appointment has been canceled, confused and already having reached the desk I inquired if this was surely an error. The salon manager says the stylist had an emergency which is fair enough because life happens but as soon as my younger daughter offers my eldest her spot with a stylist the manager says she also was out with an emergency. I’m a very reasonable person but when you know you’re being blatantly lied to and taken for a fool it sparks a need to let others know the kind of business being run. So you couldn’t call the day before or even an hour before I drove there. You (the salon manager) didn’t offer any recourse for your company or stylist not providing what was scheduled, not a we’ll try to fit you in or any normal contrition for the nonsense. So really what was the real reason service wasn’t given because no interaction with anyone as we walked in and up to the counter. Honestly it felt like some sort of discrimination because the excuses didn’t add up and the nonchalant demeanor was disgusting. Those little girls didn’t deserve that, shame on you salon manager and all those at that store complicit in allowing behavior like that in 2024!

It is literally appalling the conditions of this store. The testers are all expired, dirty and nobody that works here seems to care about hygienic practices. Do better! Seriously. I won’t even get into the rancid origins eye cream I bought here.
Nordstrom would fire 99% of you.

very nice place with affordable and high end products! i came to get shade matched and my beauty advisor lauren was so wonderful and helpful. she listened to what i wanted, was very gentle, checked with me with each step she took, and found me my shade in like 10 minutes :) highly recommend!

I LOVE the products. It's unfortunate there is NO one working the cash registers. One person and a line of people waiting while other workers stood around trying to look busy. One person was wearing ear buds and couldn't hear anything going on. Ultra is expensive. Please step up the customer service.

I had the best visit yet when I went to Ulta recently! Kim the general manager really took her time to color match me. I have aging skin that is changing and she gave me samples to try she thought would help address certain concerns of mine as well. I'm thankful for her time and effort and so far have really enjoyed all her suggestions! Thank you for not letting me wander around the store clueless buying products that aren't the best for me!

Mylina is the best hair stylist ?? I drove 4 hours to get my hair done by her because she is so knowledgeable on the best hair care and products and knows exactly what my hair needs and is able to exceed my hair color expectations she turned my natural dark brown hair to bright vanilla blonde in 2 sessions! Even correcting another stylist who messed up my hair in between our sessions when she was out on medical leave. She is an Ulta rare gem ? I have gotten hair services at over 4+ different Ulta locations prior and she is the best forsure
