This location had a good selection. However, they could improve on their shoe dept. But as with most stores, you’re going to find more available online. Belk always have good sales and able to use coupons. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Would return to this store

They have a good selection of merchandise and really nice, helpful workers. Good sales. I wish they would fix the 'down' escalator.

This is inside the mall. The selection was ok. However, the prices were much higher than expected. Maybe this is because it is located in a mall? I'm not sure. So, we left without buying anything due to the higher than expected prices.

My son lost his phone in the store so I go to find it one of his friends says it's up stairs with the cashier I get to the guy and ask does he have the phone he says yes can you tell me what color it is I say maybe black or red ok it's red the Manger is walking over and he yells out hey this guy is supposedly the kids dad or father or something thing like that in front of customer so I tell not supposedly I am but I say that to say this thatsituation gotten

What has happened to Belks anymore?!?!
For anyone reviewing them with a high rating, I'd question the authenticity of their post! This place has turned into a horrible store and I'll be glad when they finally go out of business for their lack of quality in products AND staff! Kat, Manager, was less than helpful. Poor customer service! I purchased a very expensive set of pots and pans which were extremely poor quality. Unfortunately, my grandson was trying to be helpful and throughout the box before I realized how terrible they were and needed to return them. I called up to the store and the manager was explained the situation and that we wanted to return them even if it was for store credit as we were anticipating making large purchase.
I also explained that I am a travel nurse and was on an assignment and would return them as soon as I got back. I was told that as long as I had the receipt it would be fine. We attempted to return them today and was advised that since I didn't have the box they would not be returnable even though we had the receipt. Now I'm out all that money for a dollar store brand set of pots. Buyer beware I will not be returning and will be cutting up all of my credit cards from there.
