Employees lack professionalism. It really sucks because this is the only store that is truly stocked. The return policy even with a receipt after 6 days no store credit or exchange . Nobody really knows about hair defeats the purpose of selling hair products. No longer will be a customer I prefer wow beauty or Sally's. Really didn't want to give a star but yelp wouldn't let me post it if I didn't.

I don't like to shop here at all I was in there one day and my son needed to use the bathroom and they said they don't allow ? customers to use the bathroom and then I thought why even shop here and spend any money it's a really nice store next to Furniture Country that gives discounts that I now shop at and they are so kind they deserve customers Beauty Max should be shut down

This place is way too big. I can barely find anything that I need. Also they had a security tag on a $1 hair clamp. I'm probably not the best judge for a place like this but people spend so much money in a place like this where they treat their customers like low class citizens but still get rich off of them.

I'm a frequent shoppers at Beauty Max. While the cashier was ringing up my items, she had a conversation with the cashier next to her the entire transaction. She ended up over charging me, I told her she overcharged me and should not talk while dealing with a customer. She proceeded to overtalk me and correct the total without an apology she actually had an attitude. I asked was she going to apologize, she apologized with straight attitude. I told her I'm in management and we never talk in front of our customers, she customers. Taylor then tells me she is the manager, and their policy is different. I then told her you shouldn't be a manager. She was young, rude, and I'm sure there are more customers who wouldn't appreciate that kind of customer service. She probably won't be reprimanded. That was the worst customer service coming from a Beauty Max employee.

Would give no stars if possible! A friend and I went to purchase a wig and were treated so poorly by the woman in the wig section. My friend tried on a wig they were ready to buy in the mirror (where there were no signs discouraging try ons) and the woman working chastised us for not asking first and put the wig we were trying to buy away to the front register. After taking the wig out of our hands she disappeared to clean her hands with sanitizer. We were shocked and confused that she behaved so rudely and let her know we would take our business elsewhere. I’m not sure if she doesn’t want to service black people or not but it was an extremely uncomfortable experience for us. Try K Beauty Mart instead!!

Great merchandise but not a lot of help. The most hands-off beauty supply ever. I guess I should be happy they were not following me waiting for theft. Refreshing I guess.

only good employees seem to leave quickly. store should be run by adults but all i see are teenagers. lots of stuff in the store but never what is needed, lots of kids toys and odd buys.

I don’t reccomend shopping here. I was just in the store today and bought hair. Didn’t even open any of it and wanted to return it because it turned out to be the wrong type for my locs. THIS WAS THE SAME DAY. I spent $80!! And no one was at the counter offering me a return, just told me to look at the sign. NEVER SHOPPING HERE AGAIN

They have good hair, but the employees are never on the same page and it’s frustrating. Back in December I bought too much hair and the same day I bought it I was trying to return the extra because it was pretty expensive and they said no returns. But told I went when I was buying new hair and this other lady said they’ve always been doing returns as long as it was unopened. So I was like what the heck. Especially considering the hair I bought back in December ended up being AWFUL AND CHEAP even though it was expensive :/
